| dc.description.abstract | Povinná přítomnost všeobecné sestry v domově pro seniory není stanovena žádnými právními předpisy. Ošetřovatelská péče o seniory má svá specifika, vzhledem k tomu, že celá řada onemocnění probíhá v seniorském věku odlišně a atypicky na rozdíl od onemocnění probíhajícím v mladším věku. Právě z těchto důvodů, je neustálá přítomnost všeobecných sester v domovech pro seniory velmi důležitá.
V této bakalářské práci jsou stanoveny 3 cíle. První se zaměřuje na to, jakou péči očekávají klienti domovů pro seniory od všeobecných sester. Druhý má za úkol zmapovat představy rodinných příslušníků klientů žijících v domově pro seniory o péči poskytované všeobecnými sestrami. Třetím cílem je zjistit, nakolik je pro klienty domovů pro seniory a jejich rodiny důležitá neustálá přítomnost všeobecné sestry. V návaznosti na tyto cíle byly stanoveny 3 výzkumné otázky, které zněly: Jakou péči očekávají klienti domovů pro seniory od všeobecných sester? Jaké mají představy rodinní příslušníci klientů domovů pro seniory o péči poskytované všeobecnými sestrami? Nakolik je pro klienty domovů pro seniory a jejich rodinné příslušníky důležitá neustálá přítomnost všeobecné sestry?
Empirická část bakalářské práce byla zpracována metodami kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo uskutečněno technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly rozděleny na 3 oblasti, nástupu klientů do domova pro seniory a jeho okolnostem, poskytované ošetřovatelské péči v domově pro seniory a přítomnosti všeobecných sester v domově. Audiozáznamy rozhovorů byly převedeny do písemné formy a zpracovány metodou otevřeného kódování pomocí techniky "papír-tužka". Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 7 klientů trvale žijících v domově pro seniory a 7 rodinných příslušníků těchto klientů.
Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou zpracovány do tří kategorií a ty následně rozčleněny do několika podkategorií. První se zabývala okolnostmi nástupu klientů do domova pro seniory, povědomím o poskytované péči a zdravotním stavem klientů. Druhá byla zaměřena na poskytování ošetřovatelské péče, především na představy o ní a spokojenost s ní, na odbornost péče a v neposlední řadě na poskytnutí akutní péče všeobecnou sestrou. Třetí kategorie se týkala všeobecných sester, jejich přítomnosti v domově, počtu sester na noční směně v domově, jejich pracovní náplně a odpovědnosti jejich práce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | There is no mandatory presence of nurses in a retirement house that would be estrablished by legislation. The care of seniors has its specifics because many diseases are passing diversely and atypically in older age than in younger age. The mandatory presence of nurses in the retirement house is very important just for this reason.
There are three goals in this bachelor thesis. The first one focuses on what type of care is expected by clients of the retirement house. The second one is to map the expectations of family members of the clients of the retirement house about care offered by nurses. The third one is to find out how important is the constant presence of the nurses for clients and their family members. In response to these goals there were established three questions: What kind of care is expected by clients from the nurses? What ideas do the family members have about the care provided by nurses? How important is the constant presence of nurses for seniors in the retirement house and their members.
The empirical part of this bachelor thesis was processed by methods of quality research which was completed by a semi-structured interview. The interviews were divided into three parts - the new clients of the retirement house and the reasons of comming there, the nursing care provided in the retirement house and the presence of nurses there. The audio interviews were converted into a written form and processed by an open coding method - paper-pen. The research file was made by 7 clients who are permanently living in the retirement house and their 7 family members.
The results of this reserch investigation are processed into 3 categories and then they are dividend into some other subcategories. The first one dealed with the reasons of comming the new clients into the retirement house, the awareness of the provided care and the health condition of clients. The second one was focused on providing nursing care, primarily the imagination of it and the satisfaction, on expertise of the care and last but not least on provision of acute care by nurses. The third category was related to nurses and their presence in the retirement house, the number of nurses during night shifts, their workload and the responsibility of their work.
Based on the found information we can say that clients of retirement houses and their families consider the mandatory presence of nurses to be important and needed. The bachelor theseis was written to show the necessary presence of nurses in the retirement house from the perspective of clients living there and their family members. | eng |
