| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce s názvem: "Ošetřovatelská péče u dětí se zlomeninami v předškolním věku" se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o děti v předškolním věku se zlomeninami dlouhých kostí a zvládáním hospitalizace na dětském lůžkovém oddělení.
Problematika dětských zlomenin je stále aktuálním tématem. Ošetřovatelská péče u těchto dětí má svá specifika oproti jiným hospitalizovaným dětem. Tato bakalářská práce je především o specifikách ošetřovatelské péče, možných komplikacích a zvládání hospitalizace na dětském oddělení.
První cíl byl zaměřen na specifika ošetřovatelské péče u dětí se zlomeninami dlouhých kostí v předškolním věku. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, jak dítě se zlomeninami dlouhých kostí zvládá hospitalizaci na dětském oddělení.
K těmto cílům jsme si stanovili tři výzkumné otázky. První výzkumná otázka se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče u těchto dětí. Druhá výzkumná otázka je zaměřena na možné komplikace, které mohou nastat z ošetřovatelského hlediska. Třetí otázka zjišťuje, jaký přínos má hospitalizace dítěte se zlomeninami v předškolním věku s rodiči.
K vypracování bakalářské práce bylo využito kvalitativního výzkumného šetření za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s všeobecnými sestrami a rodiči hospitalizovaných dětí na dětském lůžkovém oddělení. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo devět sester a osm rodičů.
Tato práce by měla sloužit k seznámení s problematikou dětských zlomenin a k následnému odstranění komplikací, které mohou v péči o tyto děti nastat. Zjistili jsme, že mezi nejčastější komplikace u těchto dětí patří kožní defekty a zhojení kostí v nesprávném postavení. Dále jsme zjistili, že rozdíl v ošetřovatelské péči u těchto dětí je oproti jiným hospitalizovaným dětem především v oblasti imobilizace bolesti a délce hospitalizace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis titled "Nursing care for preschool aged children with bone fractures" deals with the issue of nursing care for preschool aged children with long bones fractures. Furthermore it deals with the hospitalisation management in a children's ward.
The issue of child bone fractures is still an up-to-date topic. The nursing care of these children has its own specifics as compared to other hospitalised children. This thesis is mostly focused on the specifics of the nursing care, potential complications, and hospitalisation management in a children's ward.
The first objective was focused on the specifics of nursing care for preschool aged children with long bone fractures. The second objective was to find out, how a child, who has suffered a long bone fracture, handles hospitalisation in a children's ward.
Three research questions were set in connection with the above-mentioned objectives. The first research question deals with the specifics of care for these children. The second research question is focused on potential complications, which may arise from the nursing point of view. The third research question is set to find out, what are the benefits of hospitalising a preschool child, who has suffered fractures, together with the parents.
In order to elaborate this thesis a qualitative research was taken advantage of with the use of semi-structured interviews with general nurses, and with the parents of hospitalized children in a children's ward. The research sample consisted of nine nurses and eight parents.
This thesis should be utilized for familiarization with the issue of child bone fractures, and the subsequent elimination of complications that may arise while taking care of these children. We have found out that the most common complications, these children face, are skin defects, and bones healing in the wrong position. Furthermore, we have found that the difference in nursing care for these children, compared to other hospitalised children, is predominantly in the area of immobilization, pain, and duration of hospitalisation. | eng |
