| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat náročnost komunikace sestry s rodinou nemocného na standardním a akutním lůžkovém oddělení. K tomuto cíli byly stanoveny dvě výzkumné otázky: 1. ,,S jakými náročnými situacemi se setkávají sestry v rámci komunikace s rodinou na standardním lůžkovém oddělení?" 2."S jakými náročnými situacemi se setkávají sestry v rámci komunikace s rodinou na lůžkách akutní péče?"
Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření pomocí techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly vedeny na základě předem připravených otázek se dvěma skupinami sester. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo šest sester pracujících na standardním lůžkovém oddělení a šest sester pracujících na lůžkách akutní péče. Rozhovory byly nahrány prostřednictvím audiozáznamu a následně byly přepsány do písemné podoby. Dále byly výsledky z výzkumného šetření zpracovány metodou kódování pomocí techniky ,,tužka -papír." Výsledky rozhovorů jsou prezentovány prostřednictvím pěti kategorií, členěných na podkategorie.
Pro kvalitní spolupráci, jak vyplývá z výzkumu, je klíčová důvěra rodiny pacienta v nemocniční personál. Týká se to jak oddělení akutní péče, tak i oddělení standardní péče, přičemž výsledky výzkumu dokládají, že zapojení rodiny hospitalizovaného pacienta je náročnější na oddělení akutní péče, neboť zde ze strany rodinných příslušníků pacienta dochází ve větší míře k narušování stanoveného režimu oddělení. Konfliktní situace vznikají na obou odděleních z analogických příčin. Ke sporům dochází zejména z nedostatečné informovanosti, nekvalitní komunikace či ze strachu o bezpečí blízkého člověka. S konfrontacemi se pojí také nepříjemné emoce jako bezmoc a stres, jež potvrzuje ošetřující personál z obou zmíněných lůžkových oddělení.
Bakalářská práce byla napsána tak, aby umožnila nahlédnout na problematiku náročnosti komunikace sestry s rodinou nemocného. Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou sloužit sestrám, pro které mohou být vodítkem pro efektivní zvládnutí komunikace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the difficulty of communication between a nurse and a patient 's family on a standard and Acute Medical Unit. To this end, two research questions were set up: 1. "What difficult situations do nurses encounter in communicating with their family in a standard inpatient ward?" 2. "What difficult situations do nurses encounter in communicating with their family to acute medical unit? " The practical part is processed in the form of a qualitative research using the technique of semi-structured interview. The practical part is processed in the form of a qualitative research investigation using the technique of semi-structured interview. The interviews were based on pre-prepared questions with two groups of nurses. The research sample consisted of six nurses working in the standard inpatient department and six nurses working in the acute care beds. Interviews were recorded via audio recording and subsequently rewritten. Furthermore, the results of the research were processed by the method of coding using the technique of pencil-paper. The results of the interviews are presented through five categories, divided into subcategories. The trust of the patient's family in hospital staff is key to quality cooperation, as evidenced by research. This concerns both the acute care department and the standard care department, and the results of the research show that the involvement of the hospitalized patient's family is more demanding in the acute care department because the patient's family members are more likely to interfere with the established ward regime. Conflict situations arise in both departments for analogous reasons. Disputes arise mainly from lack of information, poor communication or fear for the safety of a close person. Confrontations are also associated with unpleasant emotions such as helplessness and stress, as confirmed by nursing staff from both of these inpatient departments. The bachelor thesis was written in such a way that it would be possible to look at the issue of the difficulty of communication between the nurse and the patient's family. The
