| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit současný stav fungování managementu rizik
u vybraných poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb. Pro tento účel bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření společně s formou rozhovoru, kdy by vytvořen dotazník pro vybrané poskytovatele zdravotních služeb (Příloha 1). Pro výběr poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb bylo potřeba stanovit si určitá kritéria. První kritérium zahrnovalo celou Českou republiku poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb. Druhé kritérium stanovovalo, že se musí jednat o lůžkové zařízení. Třetí kritérium definovalo, že se musí jednat o nemocnici. Čtvrté kritérium vyčlenilo z výběru fakultní nemocnice. Páté kritérium ukládalo, že nemocnice musí mít více jak 400 lůžek ve svém zařízení. Pro implementaci kritérií do výběrů poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb, bylo zapotřebí provést rešerši výročních zpráv nemocnic, z té pak vyčlenit pouze ty, jež spadají do hodnoty 400 lůžek a více.
Teoretická část práce se zabývá zdravotnictvím v České republice definující poskytovatele zdravotních služeb a systému zdravotnictví. Dále krizovým řízením ve zdravotnictví zahrnující krizovou připravenost zdravotnictví, krizovou dokumentaci
a cvičení. Managementem rizik ve zdravotnictví specifikující management rizik v oblasti zdravotnictví a metodami analýzy rizik.
Pro praktickou část byl vytvořen dotazník pro vybrané poskytovatele zdravotních služeb, který obsahoval 13 otázek uzavřených a 12 otevřených otázek. Dotazník byl rozdělen do pěti kategorií, které vyplývají z definice zákona č. 240/2000 Sb., o krizovém řízení, a to analýza a vyhodnocení bezpečnostních rizik, plánování, organizování, realizace, kontrola činnosti (Příloha 1). Dotazník byl distribuován pomocí internetového portálu Click4Survey, jednalo se tedy o online dotazníky, přičemž dotazované osoby byly kontaktovány i telefonicky. Mezi dotazované patřily osoby zabývající se managementem rizik u konkrétního vybraného poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. Šetření se zúčastnilo
18 nemocnic z celkového počtu 33 dotazovaných nemocnic. Výsledky byly zpracovány do grafů, tabulek a interpretovány v diskuzi diplomové práce.
Cílem diplomové práce bylo "Zjistit současný stav fungování managementu rizik
u vybraných poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb." Z výsledků je patrné, že management rizik v dotazovaných nemocnicích, bohužel v některých případech nedosahuje dostatečných znalostí a zkušeností. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of this thesis was to find out the current state of the operation of the risk management in selected health service providers. For this purpose, there was a questionnaire survey conducted together with a form of interview. There was created a questionnaire for selected health service providers (Annex 1). It was necessary to set certain criteria for the selection of the health services providers. The first criterion was to cover health service providers in the whole Czech Republic. The second criterion set that it should be a inpatient facility. The third criterion definded that only hospitals should be covered. The forth criterion excluded University Hospitals from the selected sample. The fifth criterion required that there will be hospitals with more than 400 medical beds in their facilities. Reviews of annual reports of hospitals were drawn up to implement all the criterions for selecting the sample of health services providers and there were excluded facilities with less than 400 medical beds.
The theoretical part deals with health care in the Czech Republic defining the providers of health services and health care system. Furthermore, it deals with crisis management in health care including crisis preparedness of health care, crisis documentation and exercises. There was specified a health risk management and risk analysis methods.
There was a questionnaire containing 13 closed and 12 opened questions created for selected providers of health services used in the practical part. The questionnaire was divided into five categories related to the definition of Act No. 240/2000 Coll., crisis management, namely analysis and evaluation of security risks, planning, organization, implementation, control of activities (Annex 1). The questionnaire was distributed via the Click4Survey internet portal, it was an online questionnaire and the interviewed persons were also contacted by telephone. The interviewees were persons engaged in risk management at a particular selected health service providers. There were 18 hospitals out of a total of 33 hospitals surveyed participated in the survey. The results were processed into graphs, tables and interpreted in the discussion section of the thesis.
The goal of the thesis was "To find out the current state of the operation of the risk management in selected health service providers." The results show that, risk management in the hospitals surveyed does not reach sufficient knowledge and experience in some cases. | eng |
