| dc.description.abstract | Suburbanizace je složitý jev, který znamená přesun obyvatel a s tím spojených aktivit z jádrového města do suburbánních zón. Proces suburbanizace má dopady v odlišných oblastech jako je oblast geografická, sociální a ekonomická. Tato práce uvádí teoretické vymezení pojmu suburbanizace a problematiku s tímto procesem spojenou, dále charakteristiku hospodaření obcí v České republice. Praktická část této práce má za cíl zaměřit se na specifika hospodaření obcí v suburbánních zónách, a to v Jihočeském kraji. V závislosti na intenzitě probíhajícího procesu suburbanizace je porovnáváno celkem šest skupin obcí, kterými jsou suburbánní zóny 1, 2, 3 a 4, dále Jádrová města a neutrální vzorek obcí. Celkem je tedy sledováno 127 rozpočtů obcí v letech 2010-2018. Data byla získána z veřejně dostupných databází. Praktická část této práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické dopady suburbanizace, a konkrétně na to, jak ovlivňuje příjmovou a výdajovou stránku obecních rozpočtů. Z pohledu suburbanizace jsou nejzajímavější dopady na daňové příjmy, a to konkrétně na sdílené daně, které jsou podrobně analyzovány. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Suburbanization is a difficult process, which means a population shift and an activities connected with it from a core cities into a suburban zones. It is a global phenomenon which has impacts on diverse areas such as a geography, sociology and economy. The thesis presents the theoretical basic, particularly the key issues conneced with suburbanization and it decribes the characteristics of the functioning of municipal management in the Czech Republic. The practical part is aimed at finding specifics of municipal management in the suburban areas in the South Bohemian Region. Based on intensity of ongoing suburbanization are compared the groups of municipalities. It is compared six groups of municipalities which are suburban zones 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as the core cities and the last group is a neutral sample of municipalities. The total number of compared municipalities is 127 and they are analyzed in the period 2010-2018. Data for the practical part were obtained via publicly available databases. This diploma thesis is focused on the economic impacts of suburbanization and specifically on how the revenue and expenditure side of municipal budgets is affected. From the point of view of suburbanization are the most affected the tax revenues and especially the shared taxes where the impacts of suburbanization is the most obvious. | eng |
