| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současnou situaci v mezinárodním obchodu s kávou. Bude navržen a proveden dotazníkový průzkum mezi místními dovozci a zpracovateli kávy - pražírnami. Následovat bude analýza dotazníků, testování zvolených hypotéz ve statistickém programu a vyvození závěrů.
Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na celkový pohled obchodování s kávou. Práce se zaměřuje na obchodování s kávou jako komoditou a s výběrovou kávou a jejich následné možnosti zpracovávání. Jsou představeny organizace zabývající se kávovou problematikou, významné exportní a importní země. Součástí je i pohled na vývoj ceny kávy. Dále teoretická část přibližuje problematiku Fairtrade.
Praktická část diplomové práce se věnuje importu kávy do České Republiky a exportu kávy z České Republiky. Práce se dále zaměřuje na použití aplikace TARIC pro simulaci dovozu a vývozu kávy. Na základě získaných informací je následně vytvořen dotazník, který bude distribuován mezi dovozce nepražené kávy do ČR - pražírny. Následující částí praktické práce je analyzování dotazníků, testování zvolených hypotéz ve statistickém programu pomocí Fisherova exaktního testu a vyvození závěrů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation in the international coffee trade. A questionnaire survey will be designed and conducted among local importers and coffee processors - roasters. This will be followed by an analysis of questionnaires, testing of selected hypotheses in the statistical program and drawing conclusions.
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the overall view of coffee trading. The work presents the commodity coffee and its types. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on trading in coffee as a commodity and in selected coffee and their subsequent processing options. Organizations dealing with coffee issues, major export and import countries are introduced. It also includes a look at the development of the price of coffee. Furthermore, the theoretical part approaches the issue of Fairtrade. Last but not least, the theoretical part focuses on the ecological sustainability of the international coffee trade.
The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with the import of coffee to the Czech Republic and the export of coffee from the Czech Republic. The work also focuses on the use of the TARIC application to simulate the import and export of coffee. Based on the information obtained, a questionnaire is subsequently created, which will be distributed among importers of unroasted coffee to the Czech Republic - roasters. The next part of the practical work is the analysis of questionnaires, testing of selected hypotheses in the statistical program using Fisher's exact test and drawing conclusions. | eng |
