| dc.description.abstract | Lakušníky (Ranunculus sect. Batrachium) jsou jednou z nejkomplikovanějších skupin vodních rostlin. Kromě typických vodních forem mohou tvořit i formy terestrické. Determinace jedinců rostoucích na suchu je velmi náročná. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda lze od sebe terestrické formy druhů Ranunculus trichophyllus a Ranunculus peltatus odlišit. Druhy byly určeny pomocí průtokové cytometrie a následně byly změřeny a analyzovány morfologické znaky. | cze |
