| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá popsáním a reflektováním fenoménu práce v průběhu jeho dějinné proměny a se zaměřením na osoby s postižením, zejména zrakovým. Diplomová práce je pojata z hlediska sociální práce, teologie a právního systému České republiky.
Na pozadí určitých stádií historie zdravotně postižených osob je přiblížena skupina zdravotně, zejména zrakově, postižených a v rámci historického přehledu pak tematizována proměna přístupu k těmto osobám. Diplomová práce se dále zaměřuje na hodnotu práce a popisuje proměnu pojetí práce v historickém vývoji v souvislosti se sledovanou cílovou skupinou. Na podkladě vybraných dokumentů sociálního učení církve je také analyzována hodnota práce z křesťanského hlediska a její humánní potenciál ve vztahu k osobám se zdravotním (zrakovým) postižením.
Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na problémy, které se týkají zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených, a to jak ze strany zaměstnance, tak ze strany zaměstnavatele. Zabývá se tím, zda a jak dnešní společnost brání zdravotně postižené na trhu práce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with the description and reflection of the phenomenon of work during its historical transformation and with a focus on people with disabilities, especially visual ones. The thesis is based on social work, theology and the legal system of the Czech Republic. Against the background of certain stages of the history of disabled persons, a group of people with disabilities is approached, especially visually, the disabled, and in the historical review the change of access to these persons is then thematic. The thesis also focuses on the value of the thesis and describes the transformation of the concept of work in historical development in connection with the targeted target group. The value of the work from a Christian point of view and its humane potential in relation to persons with (visual) disabilities are also analysed on the basis of selected social learning documents.
The last chapter focuses on problems relating to the employment of the disabled, both by the employee and by the employer. It deals with whether and how today society is preventing the disabled from the labour market. | eng |
