| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na etické aspekty sociální práce s rizikovou mládeží, pohledem utilitaristické a deontologické etiky. Čtenář se seznamuje s propojením etiky v sociální práci, s rizikovým chováním mládeže a v neposlední řadě s teoretickým výkladem etických systémů. V práci je zvolen kvalitativní výzkum - metoda rozhovoru s několika sociálními pracovnicemi, které pracují s rizikovou mládeží. Na bázi výsledků diplomová práce analyzuje aplikovatelnost etických teorií do praxe s ohledem na specifika klientů, jejich míru využitelnosti, případně jaké další etické teorie korespondují v praxi s jednáním sociálního pracovníka. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented thesis focuses on the ethical aspects of social work with at-risk youth, from the perspective of utilitarian and deontological ethics. The reader gets acquainted with the connection of ethics in social work, with the risky behavior of young people and with the theoretical interpretation of ethical systems. Qualitative research is chosen in the work - a method of interview with several social workers who work with at-risk youth.
