Hlavním cílem práce je pomocí výzkumu uvést nejčastější druhy motivace seniorů ke studiu U3V a dát je do souvislostí s aspekty, které tuto motivaci mohou ovlivňovat. Tato práce je zaměřena na motivaci jako takovou a věnuje se již stávající teorii motivace a snaží se ji využít pro poznání motivace ke studiu U3V. The main goal of this work is to examine the most common types of motivation of seniors in relation to the U3V study programme and to compare them with aspects which could potentially influence the overall motivation. This shall be achieved via research. Furthermore, this work is also focused on the problematic of motivation as a separate topic and as such deals with the already existing theory of motivation and attempts to use these as a learning ground for determining what the actual motivation to study the U3V programme is.
