| dc.description.abstract | Dětská mozková obrna je doživotní neurovývojové onemocnění mozku, které vzniká následkem poškození vyvíjejícího se mozku prenatálně, perinatálně nebo postnatálně. Projevuje se především motorickým postižením a prognóza závisí hlavně na včasné diagnostice a léčbě. V dnešní době je stále více využívána alternativní metoda hipoterapie. Hipoterapie je forma animoterapie, která využívá speciálně vycvičeného koně. Tato terapie je velice často zahrnována do komplexní rehabilitační péče nejen u klientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Zájmem této bakalářské práce je poznat tato témata a zjistit, jaký má hipoterapie efekt u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. | cze |
