| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice lymfedému u žen po onkologických operacích prsu a vlivu pohybové aktivity na tuto nepříjemnou komplikaci vyskytující se v mammární chirurgii.
V teoretické části své bakalářské práce se věnuji základnímu popisu anatomie lymfatického systému horní končetiny, hrudníku a prsu. V dalších kapitolách je pozornost věnována samotnému karcinomu prsu, kde popisuji jednotlivé zobrazovací metody a možnosti jeho terapií. Dále se věnuji komplikacím, které mohou nastat v důsledku chirurgického zákroku, kdy hlavní komplikací je problematika sekundárního lymfedému. V neposlední řadě je součástí teoretické části kapitola o pohybové aktivitě a jejich příznivých vlivech na zdraví. Částečně jsou v práci popsány vybrané vhodné pohybové aktivity při daném onemocnění.
V praktické části jsem použila metodu kvalitativního výzkumu u tří pacientek s danou diagnózou. Sledovala jsem hodnoty obvodů postižené horní končetiny v souvislosti s pohybovou aktivitou a výsledky jsem zpracovala formou kazuistik. U pacientek bylo provedeno vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření s následným vyhodnocením výzkumu.
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout cvičební jednotu pro pacientky a posoudit její účinnost. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že i malé množství pohybové aktivity, která se provádí pravidelně má pozitivní efekt na snižování otoku končetin postižených sekundárním lymfedémem.
Práce může být využita v klinické praxi fyzioterapeutů nebo jako edukační materiál pro pacientky s daným onemocněním. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of lymphedema in women after oncological breast surgery and the influence of physical activity on this problematic complication occurring in mammary surgery.
In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis I deal with the basic description of the lymphatic system anatomy upper limb, chest and breast. In the following chapters attention is paid to breast cancer itself, where I describe individual imaging methods and possibilities of its therapies. Furthermore, I deal with complications that may occur as a result of surgery where the main complication is secondary lymphedema. Last but not least, the theoretical part includes a chapter on physical activity and their beneficial effects on health. Partially, the work described selected suitable physical activity for a given disease.
In the practical part I used the method of qualitative research in three patients with the given diagnosis. I watched the values of the circumference of the affected upper limb in connection with physical activity and I processed the results in the form of case reports. The patient was given an input and output kinesiological examination with subsequent evaluation of the research.
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose an unified exercise for patients and assess its effectiveness. The research suggests that even a small amount of physical activity that is done regularly has a positive effect on reducing the swelling of the limbs affected by the secondary lymphedema.
The work can be used in clinical practice of physiotherapists or as educational material for patients with given disease. | eng |
