| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a také se zabývá motivací těchto osob k pracovní činnosti.
Cílem práce je identifikovat a popsat jednotlivé překážky a obtíže při začleňování do pracovního života pohledem osob s mentálním postižením, včetně analýzy významu práce pro tyto osoby, zjištěním jejich motivace pro hledání, získání a udržení si zaměstnání.
Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. Obsahem první kapitoly je vymezení pojmu osoby se zdravotním postižením a výčet jednotlivých druhů zdravotního postižení. Ve druhé kapitole je vysvětlen pojem mentální postižení, popis jeho diagnostiky, klasifikace jednotlivých stupňů postižení včetně charakteristiky. Kapitola třetí obsahuje význam pracovní činnosti pro osobu s mentálním postižením a možné motivy k práci. Ve čtvrté kapitole je věnována pozornost procesu přípravy osob s mentálním postižením na práci, podpoře a možnostem jejich uplatnění se na trhu práce. V poslední kapitole je zahrnut popis pravděpodobných bariér na trhu práce, se kterými se osoby s mentálním postižením musejí potýkat.
Praktická část bakalářské práce interpretuje vlastní zkušenosti osob s mentálním postižením pohybujících se na trhu práce v okresech Přerov a České Budějovice. V rámci kvalitativní výzkumné strategie byla data získána pomocí metody dotazování a techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.
Práce může sloužit jako informační zdroj, který přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením. Využít ji mohou studenti, zaměstnavatelé i laická veřejnost. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with issues related to the employment of disabled persons and with their motivation to seek employment.
The thesis aims to identify and describe the individual obstacles and difficulties when integrating in the working process, as well as to analyse the importance of employment for persons with mental disabilities and their motivation to seek and keep jobs.
The theoretical part of the thesis has been divided into five main chapters. Chapter I defines the concept of a person with disability and describes the individual types of disabilities. Chapter II explains the term mental disability and describes the diagnostics and classification of the individual levels of disability, including their characteristics. Chapter III addresses the importance of work activities for persons with mental disabilities and their possible motivation to work. Chapter IV focuses on the work preparation process, the support needed and the possibilities to succeed on the labour market. The final chapter describes the possible barriers persons with mental disabilities have to tackle on the labour market.
The research part of the thesis deals with the actual experience of mentally disabled persons on the labour markets in Přerov and České Budějovice Districts. Following the qualitative research strategy, the data was collected using the survey method and the semi-structured interview technique.
The thesis might become a resource providing a comprehensive perspective of issues related to the employment of mentally disabled persons. The resource can be of use for students, employers and the general public. | eng |
