| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řešení prorodinných opatření v městě Pacov, jehož součástí je pět místních částí. Leží v okrese Pelhřimov v kraji Vysočina. Nejedná se o velké město, ale přesto se ani jemu nevyhýbají běžné starosti tak jako v jiných částech České republiky. Mezi problémy, které představitelé města musí řešit, je prorodinná politika. Tak jako v jiných městech a obcích není zde dostatek bytů, město nemá pozemky pro stavby bytů, potýká se s generačním problémem. Obyvatelstvo stárne, ve městě je více žen než mužů. Dochází ke značnému úbytku obyvatelstva, který nevyrovnávají ani nově přistěhovalí obyvatelé. Na druhou stranu je největším regionálním vlastníkem nemovitého majetku pro sport, kulturu, občanskou vybavenost všeobecně.
Tato stručná a zajímavá charakteristika byla motivací pro výběr této lokality ke zpracování prorodinné problematiky. Střetávají se zde dva protiklady - na jedné straně kvalitní vybavenost pro různé volnočasové aktivity, na druhé straně chybějící zásadní podmínky pro další rozvoj např. byty. Z tohoto důvodu byla již teoretická část zaměřena na problematiku řešení prorodinné politiky v České republice. V kontextu s tím na ni navázala praktická část s cílem zjistit, zda jsou občané města s prorodinnou politikou spokojeni, zejména s řešením bytové politiky a volnočasových aktivit. Ke zjištění výsledků bylo využito kvantitativní šetření. Cíle kvantitativního šetření uskutečněné mezi občany města Pacov v kraji Vysočina byly zaměřeny na zjištění spokojenosti s volnočasovými aktivitami, které jsou na území města každoročně organizovány ve spolupráci města, společenských, kulturních, zájmových a dalších organizací a spolků.
Aby bylo možné plnění definovaných cílů zjistit, byly formulovány výzkumné otázky zaměřené na zjištění, jak občané vnímají nabídku volnočasových aktivit pro rodiny s dětmi a zda se domnívají, že nabídku městských bytů pro ně je možné považovat za dostatečnou. Na základě výsledků jsou v závěru bakalářské práce formulována doporučení jako náměty pro Městský úřad v Pacově. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of solving pro-family measures in the town of Pacov, which includes five local parts. It is located in the Pelhřimov district in the Vysočina Region. It is not a big city, but even so it does not avoid common worries as in other parts of the Czech Republic. Among the problems that city officials have to deal with is pro-family politics. As in other towns and villages, there are not enough flats, the town does not have land for flat construction, it faces a generational problem. The population is aging, there are more women than men in the city. There is a significant decline in population, which is not even offset by new immigrants. On the other hand, it is the largest regional owner of real estate for sports, culture, civic amenities in general.
This brief and interesting characteristic was the motivation for choosing this locality to process pro-family issues. There are two opposites - on the one hand, quality equipment for various leisure activities, on the other hand, the lack of fundamental conditions for further development, such as apartments. For this reason, the theoretical part was focused on the issue of family policy in the Czech Republic. In this context, it was followed by a practical part in order to find out whether the citizens of the city are satisfied with the pro-family policy, especially with the solution of housing policy and leisure activities. A quantitative survey was used to determine the results. The objectives of the quantitative survey conducted among the citizens of the town of Pacov in the Vysočina region were focused on finding satisfaction with leisure activities, which are organized annually in the city in cooperation with the city, social, cultural, interest and other organizations and associations.
In order to determine the fulfilment of the defined goals, research questions were formulated, which were aimed at finding out how citizens perceive the offer of leisure activities for families with children and whether they believe that the offer of city apartments can be considered sufficient for them. Based on the results, recommendations are formulated at the end of the bachelor's thesis as suggestions for the Municipal Office in Pacov. The answer is part of the final evaluation. | eng |
