| dc.description.abstract | Jako téma své bakalářské práce jsem si vybral "Kinezioterapeutickou intervenci u
pacientů s Bechtěrevovou chorobou". Toto téma jsem si zvolil z důvodu zájmu o
rozsáhlou problematiku degenerativních onemocnění páteře. Ankylozující spondylitida,
jak se onemocnění odborně nazývá, je v populaci poměrně hojně zastoupeno a z toho
důvodu je v mém zájmu alespoň částečně přispět k setřídění a definování klíčových
informací, které souvisí s problematikou tohoto revmatického onemocnění.
V teoretické části této práce se věnuji základním poznatkům o anatomických
strukturách, které souvisí s patofyziologií choroby, přičemž do tohoto rozsáhlého
odvětví řadíme kostěné, svalové i fasciální systémy. Dále popisuji základní
charakteristiku Bechtěrevovy choroby, diagnostická kritéria, klinický průběh i možnosti
terapie rehabilitační či farmakologické.
V části praktické se zabývám kvalitativní výzkumnou činností, která se zaměřuje na
soubor tří pacientů. Na samotném začátku popisuji nezbytné získávání informací
formou anamnézy, antropometrie a orientačních vyšetření mobility či svalové síly.
Cílem bylo sestavit účinný terapeutický program, který tvoří kombinace prvků několika
vybraných rehabilitačních metodik a aktivní, pravidelné provádění kinezioterapeutické
intervence v rámci lázeňského konceptu u některého z vybraných pacientů.
Informace o prováděné terapii, užitých metodikách a postupech, podrobně uvádím
formou zpracování několika kazuistik. Na konci každé z nich, jsem sepsal souhrnný
výstup terapie, který obsahuje zhodnocení terapeutické intervence. Tato práce může být
využita odbornou veřejností, fyzioterapeuty, případně studenty fyzioterapie pro získání
základního povědomí o Bechtěrevově chorobě, její patologii i fyzioterapeutických

| dc.description.abstract-translated | As a topic of my bachelor thesis I chose "Kinesiotherapeutic intervention focused on
patients with Bechterew's disease". I chose this topic, because of interest and deeper
knowledge of extensive problems in category: degenerative diseases of the spine.
Ankylosing spondylitis, as the disease is technically called, is relatively abundant in the
population and for this reason it is in my interest to contribute, at least in part, to the
sorting and definition of key informations related to this rheumatic disease.
In the theoretical part of this work, I focus on basic knowledge about anatomical
structures related to pathophysiology of this disease. Whereas this extensive industry
includes bones, muscles and fascial systems. Further I describe basic characteristics of
Bechterew's disease, diagnostic criteria, clinical course and possibilities of rehabilitation
or pharmacological therapy.
In the practical part I deal with qualitative research activity, which focuses on a group
of three patients. At the very beginning, I describe the necessary obtaining of
information in the form of medical history, anthropometry and orientation examination
of mobility or muscle strength.
The main goal was to create an effective therapeutic program, which consists of a
combination of elements of several selected rehabilitation methodologies and active,
regular kinesiotherapeutic intervention within the spa concept. Information about the
performed therapy, used methodologies and procedures, I present in detail in the form
of elaboration of several case studies. At the end of each of them, I wrote a summary
output of therapy, which includes an evaluation of the therapeutic intervention.
This work can be available to the professional public, physiotherapists, available
physiotherapy students to gain a basic awareness of Bechterew's disease, its pathology
and possible physiotherapeutic methods. | eng |
