| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces přijímání klientů do domova pro seniory. Vzhledem k tomu, jak naše populace stárne, lidé se více zaměřují na kvalitu poskytovanou v sociálních službách. Když se podíváme na statistiky, množství zájemců, kteří čekají na umístěni do domova pro seniory, je nepřeberné množství a čekací doba je pro některé nekonečná. Právě proto jsem se zaměřila na samotný proces přijímání klientů do domova pro seniory. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, zda není možnost celý proces nějakým způsobem usnadnit či urychlit.
Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, do teoretické a praktické. V té teoretické se zaměřuji na samotné stárnutí, vztah mezi rodinou a seniory a s tím související domovy pro seniory. V kapitole o domovech pro seniory se zabývám standardy kvality sociálních služeb, kterými se musí řídit a poté už samotným procesem přijímání nových klientů do domova pro seniory. V praktické části byla zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka, týkající se přijímání klientů do domova pro seniory. Použita byla kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly uskutečněny s šesti informantkami v Domově pro seniory Chýnov.
Výsledkem mé bakalářské práce je, že co se týká veškeré byrokracie, zjednodušit bohužel nelze. Proces přijímání klientů do domova pro seniory je pro žadatele až dost rychlý. Přeci jen, pro zaměstnance zařízení je to zdlouhavý proces, ale pro daného seniora je to jeho velká a poslední změna v životě. V závěru jsme já i mé informantky dospěly k tomu, že tak, jak je to nastavené, tak to funguje, tak proč něco měnit. Na druhou jsme se shodly, že výstavba nových zařízeních sociálních služeb by byla pozitivním přínosem. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the process of admitting applicants to a home for the elderly. As our population ages, people are focusing more on the quality provided in social services. When we look at the statistics, the number of people waiting to be placed in a home for the elderly is inexhaustible and the waiting time is endless for some. That is why I focused on the process of admitting applicants to a home for the elderly. The aim of my work was to find out whether it is possible to simplify or speed up the whole process in some way.
The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I focus on the process of aging itself, the relationship between the family and the elderly and related homes for the elderly. In the chapter on homes for the elderly, I deal with the quality standards of social services, (which must be followed), and the process of admitting new applicants to a home for the elderly.
In the practical part, the main research question concerning the admission of applicants to a home for the elderly was answered, a qualitative research strategy, a questioning method and a semi-structured interview technique were used. Interviews were conducted with six informants in the Home for the Elderly Chýnov.
The result of my bachelor's thesis is that unfortunately the level of bureaucracy involved in the admission process cannot be simplified, after all, the process of admitting applicants to a home for the elderly is relatively quick. It is a lengthy process for the facility staff, but for the given elderly it is their last big change in their life. In the end, my informants and I came to the conclusion that the way it is currently set up is working, so why change it. On the other hand, the construction of new social services facilities would not be a bad idea. | eng |
