| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rodinou s dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra a možnostmi její podpory v rámci sociálních služeb. Cílem bakalářské práce je kompletovat teoretické poznání vymezeného tématu práce, a na jeho podkladě prozkoumat možnosti sociálních služeb pro rodiny s dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra v Jihočeském kraji a objasnit, jak tyto sociální služby naplňují individuální potřeby rodin. Dále se práce zaměřuje na pohled rodiny na výběr, dostupnost, kvantitu a kvalitu sociálních služeb.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část je dělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá současným vymezením poruch autistického spektra, popisuje jejich specifickou etiologii a symptomatologii. Součástí dané kapitoly je klasifikace a charakteristika jednotlivých poruch autistického spektra. Druhá kapitola specifikuje rodinu s dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra a popisuje její postavení ve společnosti. Třetí a zároveň poslední kapitola vymezuje oblast sociálních služeb se zaměřením na sociální služby pro rodiny s dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra.
V empirické části je vymezen stanovený cíl této práce a výzkumné otázky. Práce byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu v designu zakotvené teorie. Při sběru dat bylo využito metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s rodiči dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. Jejich odpovědi byly zpracovány technikou otevřeného kódování.
Z výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že převážná část respondentů je s využívanými sociálními službami spokojena. Sociální služby naplňují individuální potřeby dětí i jejich rodin a jsou pro ně značným přínosem. Největší úskalí vidí v nedostatečném množství a snížené dostupnosti sociálních služeb. Především respondenti žijící v malých městech či obcích by ocenili zvýšení nabídky sociálních služeb v místě jejich bydliště nebo větší časovou dostupnost již využívaných sociálních služeb. Velká část respondentů vyjádřila obavy z budoucnosti svých dětí související s dospělostí. A to především s potřebou zajištění další trvalé péče, pracovním uplatněním a využitím sociálních služeb. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with a family with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) child and with possibilities of his/her support in the framework of social services. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to complete theoretical knowledge of a designated topic of the thesis and, on its bases, investigate the possibilities of social services for families with ASD children in the Region of South Bohemia, and to clarify how much these social services fulfil theses families´ individual needs. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on a selection, availability, quantity and quality of social services from the point of view of a family.
The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and an empiric part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with a current classification of autism spectrum disorders, it describes their specific etiology and symptomatology. This chapter comprises a classification and characteristics of individual autism spectrum disorders. The second chapter specifies a family with an ASD child and describes their place within the society. The third and last chapter designates the field of social services focused on social services for families with ASD children.
The empiric part provides a determined goal of this thesis together with research questions. The thesis used a method of qualitative research within a design of a grounded theory. During the data collection, a method of half-structured interview with parents of ASD children was used. Their answers were processed by a technique of open coding.
The research construction results in the information that a predominant part of the respondents is satisfied with used social services. The social services meet individual needs both of the children and their families and they mean a big asset for them. The major difficulty they see is an insufficient amount and lower availability of these social services. Especially the respondents from small towns or villages would appreciate a bigger offer of the social services in the place where they live or a better time availability of already used social services. A great amount of the respondents expressed some concern for their children´s future related to their adulthood, mostly a need of assurance concerning further permanent care, job application and use of social services. | eng |
