| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Činnost preventivních požárních hlídek" je prověřit povědomosti o zařazení jednotlivých členů preventivní požární hlídky na pracovišti. Zjištění stavu znalostí zaměstnanců o preventivní požární hlídce a vybavenosti preventivní požární hlídky.
Bakalářská práce je nejprve zaměřena na teoretickou část. Pomocí odborné literatury, zákonů a vyhlášek, které se vztahují k problematice požární ochrany a konkrétně k činnostem preventivních požárních hlídek, je vypracovaný souhrn podkladů, jichž bylo využito ke splnění stanoveného cíle bakalářské práce. Čtenář je seznámen s fungováním hasičského záchranného sboru. U teorie o preventivních požárních hlídkách je uvedeno, za jakých podmínek se zřizují a jakými školeními musí procházet členové preventivní požární hlídky.
Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na výzkum znalostí jednotlivých zaměstnanců. K výzkumu bylo použito dotazníkové šetření se 14 otázkami. Respondenti pocházeli z jednoho podniku a skládali se jak z členů preventivní požární hlídky, tak z ostatních zaměstnanců. Odpovědi na otázky položené formou dotazníku se podrobily analýze získaných informací, porovnávali a vyhodnocovali se jednotlivé odpovědi. Prostřednictvím grafů došlo k přehlednému znázornění vyhodnocení jednotlivých odpovědí. Po celkovém zhodnocení všech odpovědí, správných odpovědí bylo pouhých 7 %, je patrné, že většina znalostí dotazovaných respondentů nedosahuje předpokládaných výsledků. Pracovníci se účastní pravidelných školení, přesto se získávané informace z těchto školení dostatečně nepromítly ve správných odpovědích v dotaznících.
Přínosem této bakalářské práce je sestavení povinností vyplývající z legislativy, z nichž může čerpat podnikající osoba, které vzniká nová povinnost zřizovat požární hlídku. Dále také podnikající osobě, která tuto povinnost již má, zda plní všechny své povinnosti dostatečně a ve správném rozsahu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the bachelor's work on the "Action of preventive fire patrols" is to examine the familiarity of the inclusion of individual members of the Preventive Fire Watch in the workplace. The bachelor's work is first focused on the theoretical part. Using expert literature, laws and decrees that withdraw to the issue of fire protection and specifically to the activities of preventive fire patrols, there is a compilation of the supporting documents used to meet the stated aim of bachelor's work. The reader is familiar with the operation of the fire rescue system. For the theory of preventive fire patrols, the conditions under which they are set up and the training sessions must be undertaken by members of the preventive fire watch.
The practical part of the work focuses on research on the knowledge of individual employees. A questionnaire investigation with 14 questions was used for research. The respondents came from one business and consisted of both members of the Preventive Fire Patrol and non-members of the Preventive Fire Patrol. The responder to the questionnaire questions were analysis for the information obtained, comparing, and evaluating the individual responses. Through the charts, there was a clear representation of the evaluation of the individual responses. After an overall assessment of all responses, the correct responses were just 7%, it´s clear that most of the knowledge of the respondents does not achieve the expected results. Staff take part in regular training sessions, vet the information received from such training has not been adequately reflected in the correct responses to the questionnaires.
The benefit of this bachelor's work is the compilation of obligations under legislation that can be drawn on by an entrepreneur who is under a new obligation to set up a fire watch. Furthermore, also to a businessperson who already has that obligation, whether they fulfil all their obligations sufficiently and to the right extent. | eng |
