| dc.description.abstract | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení rozsahu evakuace při rozsáhlých povodních. Při práci byl použit kvalitativní výzkum.
V teoretické části jsem se zabýval důležitými pojmy, které souvisí s touto problematikou. Podrobněji je zde popsán Integrovaný záchranný systém. Dále se v teoretické části věnuji mimořádným událostem, zejména povodním a jejich preventivním opatřením. V neposlední řadě jsem se z teoretického hlediska zaměřil na ochranu obyvatelstva, konkrétně evakuaci obyvatelstva.
Výsledky práce tvoří především kvalitativní výzkum a analýza rozsahu evakuace při rozsáhlých povodních v roce 2002 ve městě Blatná. Výsledky šetření byly interpretovány a zpracovány do přehledných tabulek a grafů.
Diskuzní část zhodnocuje obsah celé výzkumné části s konkrétními údaji a daty, které byly při tvorbě práce zjištěny.

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of my bachelor thesis is evaluation of evacuation during major floods. Metodology of qualitative research was used in the thesis.
In the theoretical part I dealt with important concepts of the topic, and Integrated rescue system is describe in detail. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, I deal with emergencies, especially floods and their precausions. Last but not least, I dealt theoretically with the protection of inhabitants, specifically their evacuation.
The practical part consist mainly of qualitative research and analysis of the extent of evacuation during the extensive floods in 2002 in the town of Blatná. The results of the practical part were interpreted and analyzed in charts.
The discussion part is a summary and brief evaluation of the results of work on specific examples.
