Práce se zabývá fenoménem 24 - hodinové domácí péče o nesoběstačné seniory v Rakousku. Konkrétně zkoumá dopady přítomnosti zahraničního pečovatele v domácnostech seniorů na rodinné příslušníky, seniory samotné a pojmenovává aktuální problémy této specifické služby. V teoretické části představuji aktuální možnosti péče o seniory a zajištění důstojného života v pokročilém věku. Předkládám historický vývoj v oblasti angažování zahraničních pracovníků. V kapitole věnované migraci prezentuji základní definice pojmu migrant, pendler, pracovní mobilita, rozebírám příčiny a důsledky migrace v sektoru pečovatelství. Značný prostor teoretické části připadá na rozbor právně-sociálního ukotvení 24 - hodinové domácí péče zahraničních pečovatelek v Rakousku. Pro tvorbu teoretického základu práce jsem použila nejen dostupnou česky, ale především německy psanou vědeckou literaturu, odborné články, ale také oficiální dokumenty rakouské vlády. V praktické části jsem realizovala výzkumné šetření, a to terénní sběr dat formou strukturovaného rozhovoru s otevřenými otázkami, který poskytl výchozí materiál pro praktickou část. Tento výzkum probíhal v Dolním Rakousku, regionu Waldviertel. Po zevrubné analýze datových výstupů a po komparaci s tezemi odborné literatury bylo možné stanovit závěr k zhodnocení prožívání přítomnosti českého pečovatele v rakouských rodinách a pojmenování aktuálních problémů této specifické služby. Získané výsledky by mohly v praxi posloužit jako podklad při rozhodování, ať už ze strany objednavatelů péče, či pro pečovatelky, které výkon své profese v Rakousku teprve zvažují. | cze |

The bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of a 24 - hour home care for dependent seniors in Austria. It examines the effects of the presence of a foreign caregiver in the households of seniors on his family members, the seniors themselves and names the current problems of this specific service. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the current possibilities of senior care and providing life in dignity in old age. It is presenting the historical development in the field of engagement of foreign workers. The basic definitions of the terms migrant, commuter and job mobility are dealt with in the chapter devoted to migration.
The author discusses the causes and consequences of migration in the care sector. A considerable space of the theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of specific social- legislative framework of 24 - hour home care of foreign caregivers in Austria. To build the theoretical basis of the work, not only Czech available titles, but especially German written scientific literature and professional articles and official documents of the Austrian government has been used as well. The practical part is based on a research survey, specifically a collection of field data in the form of a structured interview with open questions, which provided the essential data. This research took place in the province of Lower Austria, the region called Waldviertel. After a thorough analysis of data outputs and a comparison with the theses in the literature, it was possible to draw a conclusion to evaluate the experience of the presence of a Czech caregiver in Austrian families and identify the current problems of this specific service. The results may serve in practice as a basis for decision-making, either by care clients or by caregivers who are still considering the eventuality of their future profession in Austria. | eng |
