| dc.description.abstract | Při rozhodování o dalších krocích a postupech po uplynuí doby fixace hraje významnou a velmi důležitou roli nejen výše úrokové sazby, ale i další zřizovací náklady a poplatky. V současné době je na trhu mnoho produktů, jak hypotečních bank, tak i stavebních spořitel. Tyto instituce si vzájemně konkurují a snaží se získat stále nové klienty.
Cílem diplomové práce bylo obecné seznámení s problematikou hypotečních úvěrů a stavebního spoření. V práci jsou popsány zásadní aspekty a rozdíly mezi produkty finančního trhu. | cze |
