| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění absolventů oboru sociální práce na trhu práce na Berounsku. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké jsou na Berounsku možnosti uplatnění pro absolventy oboru sociální práce.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, které jsou dále členěny na podkapitoly. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů jako sociální práce a sociální pracovník, sociální služby a jaké jsou druhy a formy jejich poskytování. Poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o trhu práce obecně a poté o trhu práce na Berounsku, kde je region a sociální služby, které jsou zde dostupné, blíže specifikován. Praktická část je zpracována za použití kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, metodou dotazování a technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou na Berounsku možnosti pro uplatnění sociálních pracovníků. Rozhovory proběhly se šesti zástupci organizací poskytující na Berounsku sociální služby a také s pracovnicí úřadu práce. Otázky, které byly dotazovaným pokládány, byly voleny tak, aby pomocí nich byly vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako zdroj informací o tom, jaké mají absolventi oboru sociální práce možnosti pro uplatnění na Berounsku. Získané údaje mohou být použity v článcích o uplatnění se jako sociální pracovník, či k prezentaci školy, která nabízí obor sociální práce. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že možnosti pro uplatnění absolventů oboru sociální práce jsou na Berounsku dostatečné, neboť je zde množství organizací,

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of applying for graduates in the field of social work in the labor market in the Beroun region. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out possibilities of applying for graduates in the field of social work in the Beroun region.
The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part has four chapters, which further consist from subchapters. The theoretical part is focused on defining basic terms such as social work and social worker, social services and types and forms of their provide. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the labor market in general and the labor market in the Beroun region, where the region and available social services are specified in more detail.
The practical part is processed using the qualitative research strategy, interviewing method and semi-structured interview technique. The main goal of the interview was to find out opportunities for social workers employment in the Beroun region. The interviews were conducted with six representatives of organizations providing social services in the Beroun region and also with the Labor Office employee. The questions that were asked to the respondents were chosen to evaluate the research questions. The results of this thesis can serve as a source of information about possibilities of applying for graduates in the field od social work in the Beroun region. The obtained data can be used in articles about employment as a social worker, or to present the school that offers social work specialization. The research revealed that possibilities for
social workers employment in the Beroun region are sufficient, because there are many organizations that provide social servises. | eng |
