| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo porovnat akumulaci 131I ve zbytku štítné žlázy po strumektomii při karcinomu štítné žlázy scintilační sondou a na scintilační kameře. V praktické části se zaobírám výzkumnou otázkou: "Liší se významně akumulace jodu 131 ve zbytku štítné žlázy měřená scintilační sondou od měření na scintilační kameře?" a nulovou hypotézou: "Hodnoty měření akumulace jodu 131 se neliší v závislosti na měření scintilační kamerou a scintilační sondou." Zjištěná akumulace u scintilační kamery a scintilační sondy, byla analyzována one way ANOVA, neboli jednofaktorovou analýzou rozptylu, která nám zodpověděla otázku, zdali se liší měření akumulace 131I na scintilační sondě a na scintilační kameře. Závěrem se nám zodpověděla výzkumná otázka, potvrdila dodatečně stanovená hypotéza uvedená výše v této kapitole. Výsledky této práce mohou být použity v následující praxi v problematice měření akumulace 131I. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the study was to compare the accumulation of 131I in the rest of the thyroid gland after strumectomy in thyroid carcinoma by scintillation probe and on a scintillation camera. In the practical part I deal with the research question: "Is the accumulation of iodine 131 in the rest of the thyroid gland measured by a scintillation probe significantly different from the measurement on a scintillation camera?" and the null hypothesis: "The values of iodine 131 accumulation measurements do not differ depending on the scintillation camera and scintillation probe measurements." The observed accumulation in the scintillation camera and the scintillation probe was analyzed by one way ANOVA, or one-way analysis of variance, which answered the question of whether the 131I accumulation measurements on the scintillation probe and on the scintillation camera differed. Finally, the research question was answered, confirmed by the additional hypothesis stated above in this chapter. The results of this work can be used in the following practice in the field of measuring 131I accumulation. | eng |
