| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje vzájemnému očekávání sester a studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra při praktické výuce na vybraných odděleních. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaká jsou vzájemná očekávání sester a studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra
při praktické výuce na vybraných odděleních.
Text bakalářské práce je rozdělen na část teoretickou a část empirickou.
V teoretické části práce se věnujeme historii vzdělání sester, současným podmínkám studia oboru Všeobecná sestra, kompetencím Všeobecné sestry, praktické výuce, mentorství a specifikům ošetřovatelské péče na vybraných odděleních.
V části empirické bylo využito kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, které probíhalo pomocí dvou variant dotazníků. Jedna varianta dotazníků byla rozdána sestrám na chirurgickém, interním a psychiatrickém oddělení. Druhá varianta dotazníků byla rozdána studentům druhého a třetího ročníku oboru Všeobecná sestra.
Pro splnění cíle práce bylo sestaveno šest hypotéz. H1: Očekávání sester
při praktické výuce studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra na vybraných odděleních ovlivňuje stupeň jejich dosaženého vzdělání. H2: Očekávání studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra při praktické výuce na vybraných odděleních je ovlivněno vzděláním sester.
H3: Očekávání studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra při praktické výuce na vybraných odděleních je ovlivněno specifiky vybraného oddělení. H4: Očekávání sester
při praktické výuce studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra na vybraných odděleních je ovlivněno délkou praxe sestry na vybraném oddělení. H5: Očekávání studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra při praktické výuce na vybraných odděleních je ovlivněno předchozím vzděláním studenta. H6: Očekávání sester při praktické výuce studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra na vybraných odděleních je ovlivněno předchozím vzděláním studenta.
Z výsledků vyplynulo, že očekávání sester při praktické výuce studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra na vybraných odděleních je ovlivněno stupněm jejich dosaženého vzdělání a také předchozím vzděláním studenta. Na očekávání studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra při praktické výuce na vybraných oddělení mají vliv specifika vybraného oddělení. Dále bylo zjištěno, že na očekávání studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra při praktické výuce na vybraných oddělení nemá vliv vzdělání sester
ani předchozí vzdělání studenta.
Výsledky práce mohou využít studenti před nástupem na praktickou výuku, ale také sestry jako zpětnou vazbu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis assesses the mutual expectations of nurses and students majoring in Generel nurse in practical training in selected hospital departments. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze what are the mutual expectations of nurses and nursing students in practical teaching in selected hospital departments.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part covers history of education of nurses, current study conditions in nursing, competencies of General Nurses, practical training, mentoring and the specifics of nursing care in selected hospital departments.
In the empirical part, a quantitative research survey was used. The survey was performed using two types of questionnaires. First type was distributed to nurses in
the surgical, internal medicine and psychiatric wards. The second type was distributed to second and third-year students of nursing school.
Six hypotheses were formulated: H1: The nurse expectations are influenced by the level of nurse's education. H2: The nursing student expectations are influenced by the level of nurse's education. H3: The nursing student expectations are influenced by
the specifics of the selected department. H4: The nurse expectations are influenced by nurse's tenure in the selected department. H5: The nursing student expectations are influenced by the level of student's education. H6: The nurse expectations are influenced by the level of student's education.
The results show that the nurse expectations is influenced by the level of nurse's education (H1) and also by the student's previous education (H6). The nursing student expectations are influenced by the specifics of the selected department (H3). It was also found that the nursing student expectations are not affected by the education of nurses (H2) or the student's previous education (H5).
The results of the work can be used by nursing students before starting practical training as well as by nurses as feedback. | eng |
