| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace
na řešení mimořádných událostí. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit připravenost Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace na řešení mimořádných událostí a jaká
je informovanost personálu Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace v souvislosti s řešením mimořádných událostí.
Prvním cílem práce bylo: "Posoudit připravenost Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace v souvislosti s řešením mimořádných událostí". K tomuto cíli byla stanovena výzkumná otázka "Jaká je připravenost Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace na řešení mimořádných událostí?". Výsledky vyplývají z analýzy plánu krizové připravenosti Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace. Aby bylo možné zodpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, bylo potřeba si stanovit hranici úspěšnosti. Tato hranice byla stanovena na 80 %. Celková úspěšnost dosahuje 81 %. Na základě výsledku
lze konstatovat, že nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace je adekvátně připravena na řešení mimořádné či krizové situace.
Druhým cílem práce bylo: ""Posoudit informovanost personálu Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace v souvislosti s řešením mimořádných událostí". K tomuto cíli byla stanovena hypotéza: "Informovanost personálu v otázkách řešení mimořádných událostí dosahuje 80 % správných odpovědí." Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření
a v závislosti s vyhodnocením jednotlivých otázek, vztahující se k dané hypotéze,
je zřejmé, že úspěšnost dosahuje 68 %. Vzhledem k tomuto zjištění byla nulová hypotéza zamítnuta, jelikož informovanost personálu v otázkách řešení mimořádných událostí nedosahuje 80 % správných odpovědí. V tomto případě přijímáme hypotézu alternativní.
V závěru diplomové práce jsou stanoveny možné návrhy na zlepšení připravenosti nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace na řešení mimořádných událostí. Výsledky diplomové práce budou předloženy technickému náměstkovi Nemocnice Třebíč, příspěvková organizace, který zajišťuje agendu bezpečnosti nemocnice. | cze |

The first aim of the diploma thesis was:,,Evaluate the readiness of the Hospital Třebíč,
a contributory organization for dealing with emergencies". For this aim was set a research question:,,What is the readiness of the Hospital Třebíč, a contributory organization for dealing with emergencies?" The results ensue from the analysis of the crisis preparedness plan of the Hospital Třebíč, a contributory organization. In order to answer the research question, it was necessary to set a limit for success. This limit was set to
80 %. The overall success rate is 81 %. Based on the results, it can be stated that the Hospital Třebíč, a contributory organization is adequately prepared for dealing with emergencies or crisis situations.
The second aim of the diploma thesis was: ,,Evaluate the awareness of the staff
of the Hospital Třebíč, a contributory organization for dealing with emergencies."
For this aim was set a hypothesis: "Awareness of the staff for dealing with emergencies reaches 80 % of correct answers.". From the results of the survey and depending
on the evaluation of individual questions related to the hypothesis, it is evidently that the success rate reaches 68 %. Due to this finding, the null hypothesis was rejected, as staff awareness for dealing with emergencies doesn't reach 80 % of the correct answers.
In this case, we accept the alternative hypothesis.
At the end of the diploma thesis are set possible proposals for improving the readiness
of the Hospital Třebíč, a contributory organization for dealing with emergencies.
The results of diploma thesis will be be submitted to the Technical Deputy of the Hospital Třebíč, a contributory organization that ensures the hospital's safety agenda. | eng |
