| dc.description.abstract | Aplikace projektového řízení v sociálních službách je cesta, kterou se organizace snaží dosáhnout společensky prospěšných projektů, za použití nástrojů a technik projektového managementu.
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá sociálními službami, managementem a projektovým řízením. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je na základě smíšeného výzkumu zjistit, jak je realizováno projektové řízení v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby.
U kvantitativní části byly v souvislosti s cílem stanoveny tyto hypotézy: H1: Vybrané sociodemografické charakteristiky ovlivňují realizaci projektového řízení v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby. A H2: Zdroje financování organizace ovlivňují počty realizovaných projektů. Výzkum ukázal, že vybrané sociodemografické charakteristiky (jednalo se o: pohlaví, věk, délka praxe, pracovní pozice, nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání, zaměření vzdělání manažera, dále pak zřizovatel, velikost organizace, cílová skupina) statisticky významně ovlivňují realizaci projektového řízení v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby.
U kvalitativní části bylo cílem zjistit, jak je realizováno projektové řízení v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby z pohledu manažera. Výzkum ukázal, že realizace projektového řízení je pro organizace poskytující sociální služby velice důležitá a díky ní získávají finance pro zdokonalení sociálních služeb. O projektové řízení se starají zejména ředitelé s určitými zaměstnanci. Příprava projektů je závislá na týmu, v němž probíhá dohoda o výzvě a cílech, které souvisí s projektem. Dále podají žádost o výzvu a následně realizují projekt. Nakonec proběhne vyhodnocení a vyúčtování projektu.
Zjištěné informace o realizaci projektového řízení v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby mohou sloužit pro vytvoření návrhu na zlepšení řízení v organizacích v sociální oblasti, eventuálně výsledky mohou sloužit jako podnět pro další rozšiřující výzkumy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The application of project management in social services is the way in which the organization seeks to achieve socially beneficial projects, using project management tools and techniques. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with social services, management and project management. The main goal of the diploma thesis is based on mixed research to find out how project management is implemented in organizations providing social services.
For the quantitative part, the following hypotheses were set in connection with the objective: H1: Selected sociodemographic characteristics influence the implementation of project management in organizations providing social services. A H2: The sources of financing the organization affect the number of implemented projects. The research showed that selected sociodemographic characteristics (these were: gender, age, length of practice, job position, highest level of education, focus of manager's education, then founder, size of organization, target group) statistically significantly affect the implementation of project management in organizations providing social services.
In the qualitative part, the aim was to find out how project management is implemented in organizations providing social services from the manager's point of view. Research has shown that the implementation of project management is very important for organizations providing social services and thanks to it they obtain funding to improve social services. Project management is mainly taken care of by directors with certain employees. The preparation of projects depends on the team in which an agreement is reached on the call and objectives related to the project. They also apply for a call and then implement the project. Finally, the evaluation and billing of the project will take place.
The obtained information on the implementation of project management in organizations providing social services can be used to create a proposal to improve management in organizations in the social field, or the results can serve as a stimulus for further expanding research. | eng |
