| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení změn na zlepšení řízení v oblasti fluktuace v návaznosti na proces získávání a proces adaptace pracovníků ve společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována literárnímu přehledu. Ten byl sestaven na základě studia odborné literatury, odborných článků a také z internetových zdrojů. Všechny tyto zdroje se zaměřují na téma fluktuace, získávání a adaptace pracovníků a dalších úzce souvisejících pojmů. Praktická část je v úvodu zaměřena na představení společnosti, sortiment jejích výrobků, organizační strukturu a další informace týkající se dané společnosti. Následuje analýza fluktuace pracovníků za období 2018 - 2020. Pro výpočet je zvolena metoda míry odchodu zaměstnanců a míry přežití. Dále je fluktuace analyzována podle vybraných hledisek, kterými jsou např. pohlaví, věk nebo délka pracovního poměru. Analýza procesu získávání a procesu adaptace je provedena v oblastech, jež jsou významné pro tuto práci. Informace potřebné pro danou analýzu byly získány z interních materiálů společnosti a byly doplněny rozhovorem s personálním manažerem. V závěru této diplomové práce jsou navrženy změny na zlepšení řízení v oblasti fluktuace, získávání a adaptace pracovníků, a to na základě provedených analýz. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to propose changes to improve management in the field of fluctuation in connection with the process of recruitment and adaptation of employees in the company. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part is devoted to a literary review. It was compiled from the study of professional literature, professional articles and also from online sources. All these resources are focused on the topic of fluctuation, recruitment and adaptation of employees and other concepts that are closely related to it. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the company, the range of its products, organizational structure and other information concerning the company. Then an analysis of employee fluctuation for the period 2018 - 2020 follows. The Employee departure rate and Survival rate method is chosen for the calculation. Furthermore, the fluctuation is analysed according to selected aspects, such as gender, age or length of employment. The analysis of the acquisition process and the adaptation process is performed in areas that are important for this thesis. The information needed for the analysis was obtained from the company's internal materials and supplemented by an interview with the personnel manager. In conclusion, changes are proposed to improve management in the field of fluctuation, recruitment and adaptation of employees based on the analysis. | eng |
