dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení situace občanské vybavenosti a fungování obecního úřadu v městysi Katovice. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt smart city, který by zvýšil kvalitu života v městysi, představil nová řešení a pomohl by obci v rozvoji. Nejlepším způsobem jak zjistit současné katovické problémy, bylo dotazníkové šetření a neřízené rozhovory s místními zastupiteli, předsedy spolků a obyvateli. Studování odborné literatury přináší nový pohled a nová alternativní řešení již zaběhlých postupů, které v obci probíhají.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is oriented on the creating project smart city in conditions of small town. It suggests changes which could help to improve living conditions in the town. It also describes current problems which the town is facing and implies solutions. Smart city and development of city is future way how to increase living comfort in the cities, how to talk and cooperate with habitants in creating city, where they will like to live, where they will like to spend money and raise children. Many smart city projects around the world showed strength of human commitment if they are using new technologies and they are working together with clear aim. Smart cities are new thing in Czech Republic, but there is space to learn from others. Not only technologies are important for the smart cities, but also smart people, people who are willing to join decision making processes and they really want to change the place where they live.	eng
