| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na uplatnění absolventů oboru ŘEP na trhu práce. Nejprve jsou nastíněny základní pojmy vztahující se ke zkoumanému tématu. Poté je na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi absolventy a na základě řízeného rozhovoru s garantem daného oboru, vyhodnocena současná situace s jakou absolventi vstupují na pracovní trh. Na závěr, v návaznosti na zjištěné poznatky, byly stanoveny návrhy ke zlepšení, aby se absolventi na trhu práce měli šanci lépe prosadit. | cze |
