| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce jsou návrhy změn na zlepšení systému hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci vycházející z analýz, posouzení a zhodnocení řízení této oblasti. V teoretické části práce je použita literatura, která odpovídá zadání. V praktické části je nejprve analyzován stávající systém hodnocení pracovníků ve vybraném podniku, poté je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření, které analyzuje spokojenost a pohled zaměstnanců na hodnotící systém. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy, které by měly vést k vylepšení stávajícího systému hodnocení pracovníků v organizaci. | cze |
