| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá pozitivními a negativními důsledky, které pro podniky a pro společnost představuje Průmysl 4.0. Jejím cílem je zhodnocení těchto důsledků na základě analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření napříč podniky v České republice. Práce zjišťuje, zda je větší důležitost přikládána pozitivním, či negativním důsledkům. Zkoumány jsou také odlišnosti ve vnímání těchto důsledků mezi HTI a LTI subjekty. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována tomu, zda Průmysl 4.0 pro podniky představuje možnost zvyšování objemu výroby, či hrozbu v podobě nadbytečných výrobních kapacit v důsledku delší životnosti výrobků a nižší poptávky. V neposlední řadě práce řeší společenské důsledky Průmyslu 4.0 na úrovni zaměstnanosti. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena doporučení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the positive and negative consequences of Industry 4.0 for businesses and society. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of these consequences based on the analysis of results of a survey across businesses in the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on whether the positive consequences outweigh the negative consequences. Differences in perception of these consequences between HTI and LTI businesses are examined. Special attention is devoted to whether Industry 4.0 represents a possibility for further increase of production or a threat in the form of unnecessary production capacities due to longer product life and lower demand. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the social consequences of Industry 4.0 on employment level. Based on the results, suggestions are proposed. | eng |
