| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a porovnat dědické právo v České republice a Španělském království. Text je členěn do několika kapitol. Teoretická část obsahuje úvodní kapitoly, které jsou věnovány popisu římského dědického práva a historickému vývoji pramenů na území těchto zemí. Dále následuje popis nejdůležitějších institutů dědického práva obou států a jejich komparace.
Praktická část se věnuje jazykovému rozboru souvisejících termínů a sestavení španělsko-českého glosáře. Práce je zakončena resumé ve španělském jazyce. | cze |

The text is divided into several chapters. The theoretical part contains introductory chapters, which are devoted to the description of Roman inheritance law and the historical development of sources in the territory of these countries. The following is a description of the most important institutes of Law of Succession of both states and their comparison.
