| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá začleňováním dětí cizinců do mateřských škol. Toto téma je z důvodu stále se zvyšujícího množství cizinců u nás, velmi aktuální. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří oblastí. Jsou zde vysvětleny důležité pojmy související s mým tématem. Například definice slova cizinec, xenofobie, adaptace, integrace atd. Prostor je věnovaný také legislativě upravující postavení dítěte cizince v České republice. A dále také zvláštnostem dítěte v předškolním věku a roli mateřské školy. Z poznatků teoretické části vychází část praktická, která se věnuje konkrétním zkušenostem učitelů/ učitelek mateřských škol. V rámci kvantitativního výzkumného šetření byl vytvořen dotazník, na který odpovídali především učitelky z jihočeského kraje. Díky datům vyplývajícím z výzkumného šetření byly zmapovány hlavní problémy, s jakými se učitelky během své praxe, v souvislosti s dětmi cizinci, setkávají. Dotazník se také zaměřil na metody usnadňující adaptaci dětem odlišné národnosti. Ze získaných informací byla vytvořena doporučení pro praxi. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the integration children of foreign into kindergartens. This topic is very actual due to the ever-increasing number of foreigners in our country. The theoretical part is divided into three areas. Important terms related to my topic are explained here. For example, the definition of the word foreigner, xenophobia, adaptation, integration, etc. The space is also devoted to legislation regulating the position of the foreigner's child in the Czech Republic. And also the peculiarities of the child in preschool age and the role of kindergarten. The knowledge of the theoretical part is based on the practical part, which deals with the specific experience of kindergarten teachers. Within the framework of quantitative research survey was created a questionaire which was mainly answered by teachers from the South Bohemian region. Thanks to the data resulting from the research survey, the main problems that teachers face during their practice, in connection with children of foreigners, were mapped. The questionnaire also focused on methods that facilitate adaptation to children of different nationalities. Recommendations for practice were created from the received information. | eng |
