| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje konzumerismu jako pedagogickému problému se zaměřením na životní prostředí a moderní technologie. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí.
V teoretické části práce se autor pokouší vymezit konzumerismus, popisuje jeho aspekty a historický vývoj. Snaží se objasnit, proč se děti stávají snadným cílem reklam, které konzumní způsob života podporují a zmínit pozitiva i negativa, která jsou s tímto způsobem života spjatá. Podrobněji jsou zde rozepsány důsledky tohoto trendu na životní prostředí i nadměrné užívání moderních technologií, což jsou problémy, se kterými se současná společnost potýká.
Následuje metodická část, která vychází z rámcového vzdělávacího programu, didaktické literatury a zkušeností pedagogů s dlouholetou praxí. Na základě zjištěných informací autor popisuje možnosti učitele výchovy k občanství na 2. stupni základní školy při řešení nepříznivých vlivů konzumerismu. Autor následně navrhuje několik vyučovacích hodin, které mohou posloužit jako inspirace pro učitele, kteří přemýšlí, jak se s tímto náročným tématem vypořádat a jak jej uchopit.
Cílem práce je tedy poskytnout čtenáři přehled o problematice konzumního způsobu života a poskytnout návrh řešení problémů spojených s konzumerismem ze strany učitele výchovy k občanství na 2. stupni základní školy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis concentrates on consumerism as a pedagogical problem with an emphasis on the environment and modern technology. The thesis is divided into two parts.
In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author tries to define consumerism, depicts its aspects, and describes its historical development. The author attempts to explain why children are the easy target of advertisements promoting consumer lifestyle and then highlights the positives and negatives connected to such lifestyle. The theoretical part of the thesis breaks down the impacts of this trend on the environment, and further points out the extensive use of modern technology, denoting those points as issues which the present-day society faces.
The methodical part of the thesis is based on the Framework Education Programme, didactic literature, and the longtime experience of the teachers. Based on the acquired information, the author describes the possible solutions used when dealing with undesirable effects of consumerism executed by social science teachers teaching at the secondary school. Lastly, the author presents several designed lessons which are supposed to serve as inspiration for teachers struggling with how to approach and grasp such a challenging topic.
This thesis aims to provide the reader with an overview of the issues of consumer lifestyle and present a layout of possible solutions to those issues from the perspective of the social science teacher teaching at the secondary school. | eng |
