| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce pojednává o vnímání učitelské profese očima vybraných učitelů 2. stupně základní školy a zároveň přináší informace o pohledu na učitelské povolání ze strany oslovených zástupců z řad veřejnosti. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury zpracovány informace, které se týkají učitelské profese a aktuální situace ve školství z hlediska prestiže učitelské profese, feminizace učitelských sborů, odměňování učitelů, náročnosti profese i pracovní doby učitelů. Praktická část je založena na výzkumném šetření formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, kterých se zúčastnili vybraní učitelé 2. stupně základní školy a zástupci z řad nepedagogické veřejnosti. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak na učitelskou profesi nahlíží oslovení učitelé a několik osob z jiných profesních oblastí. Učitelé hodnotí svoji profesi jako náročné, důležité, ale málo ceněné povolání v očích veřejnosti. Oslovená veřejnost si většiny učitelů váží, a myslí si, že jejich společenská prestiž by měla být vyšší. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the perception of the teaching profession through the eyes of selected teachers of the 2nd level of primary school and at the same time brings information about the view of the teaching profession by the addressed representatives of the public. In the theoretical part, on the basis of professional literature, information is processed concerning the teaching profession and the current situation in education in terms of the prestige of the teaching profession, feminization of teaching staff, teacher remuneration, profession and working hours of teachers. The practical part is based on a research survey in the form of semi-structured interviews, which were attended by selected teachers of the 2nd level of primary school and representatives of the non-teaching public. The aim of the practical part was to find out how the addressed profession is viewed by the addressed teachers and several people from other professional fields. Teachers evaluate their profession as a demanding, important, but little valued profession in the eyes of the public.
