| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá etickými aspekty v oblasti sociální práce s rodinou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část práce je věnována charakteristice rodiny jakožto základní sociální instituci a jejím funkčním poruchám. Dále se zabývá specifiky sociální práce s rodinou, přičemž pohlíží na rodinu jako na klienta sociálního pracovníka. V neposlední řadě popisuje význam etiky v sociální práci a etická dilemata, se kterými se může sociální pracovník setkávat.
Obsahem druhé části práce jsou výsledky výzkumného šetření využívajícího metodu kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti sociálními pracovníky/pracovnicemi, kteří pracují v organizacích poskytující sociální služby rodinám s dětmi, jež se nacházejí v nepříznivé životní situaci. Výsledky výzkumu seznamují čtenáře s přístupem ke klientovi, s etickými dilematy sociálních pracovníků/pracovnic pracujících s rodinou, se způsoby řešení dilemat i s osobními prožitky a emocemi jedince potýkajícího se s dilematem. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted diploma thesis deals with ethical aspects in the field of social work with family. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of a family as a basic social institution and its functional disorders. It also deals with the specifics of social work with family, looking at family as a client of a social worker. Last but not least, it describes the importance of ethics in social work and ethical dilemmas that a social worker may encounter.
The content of the second part of the thesis includes the results of a research survey using the method of qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with ten social workers who work in organizations providing social services to families with children who are in an unfavorable life situation. The results of the research acquaint the reader with an approach to the client, with ethical dilemmas of social workers working with family, with ways of solving dilemmas as well as with personal experiences
