| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce nese název Metody adaptace na domov mládeže pohledem vychovatelů a zaobírá se procesem adaptace a jeho průběhem u nových studentů z pohledu vychovatele. Teoretická část se věnuje instituci domova mládeže a vychovatelům v něm pracujícím, přibližuje proces a vybrané metody adaptace a v neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na specifika středoškolské mládeže. Praktická část práce nejprve podrobně popisuje metodologii výzkumu a následně představuje výsledné informace, nasbírané díky smíšené (kvalitativní a kvantitativní) formě výzkumu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké metody podporující adaptaci nově příchozích studentů využívají vychovatelé na domovech mládeže. | cze |
