| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na porovnání péče o seniory v domácím prostředí a pobytových zařízení, konkrétně v Domově seniorů v Benešově. Teoretická část diplomové práce představuje odborná východiska pro samotný výzkum konaný převážně v Domově seniorů v Benešově. Teoretické kapitoly o problematice stáří, druzích poskytované péče a příklady nabízených služeb pro seniory jsou doplněny o praktickou část. Ta se opírá o zkušenosti jednotlivých seniorů, se kterými byly vedeny polostrukturované rozhovory. Zásadními sledovanými faktory, které jsou společné pro obě varianty péče, jsou autonomie jedince, dále jeho vztahy s okolím a rodinou a v neposlední řádě také jeho zdravotní stav. Toto vše zásadně ovlivňuje spokojenost jedince s místem, na kterém musí trávit své seniorské roky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis is focused on comparing the care of the elderly in the home environment with the residential care, especially in the Home for the Elderly in Benešov. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the theoretical basis for the research that was made mainly in the Home for the Elderly in Benešov. The theoretical chapters about ageing, kinds of care, and examples of offered services for the elderly are complemented by a practical part. The practical part of the diploma thesis is based on the experience of the seniors with whom there were made half-structured interviews. The interviews were focused on the factors that are the autonomy of the individuals, their relationships with others and their families, and also their health conditions.
