| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zajištěním péče o seniory v rámci vícegeneračního soužití v rodině. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit názor střední generace na problematiku zajištění péče o seniory v rámci vícegeneračního soužití v rodině. Byly stanoveny dva dílčí cíle. Prvním dílčím cílem bylo zmapovat, jaké možnosti péče o seniory rodiny využívají. Dalším dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jaké představy o dalším zajištění péče o seniora rodiny mají. Vzhledem k cílům práce byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka: "Jak pohlíží střední generace na zajišťování péče o seniora v rámci soužití v jedné domácnosti?"
Bakalářská práce má dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy zajištění péče a sociální služby, které senioři mohou využívat. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum. Tento výzkum byl proveden kvalitativně a proběhl metodou dotazování. Byla zvolena technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumu se účastnilo osm komunikačních partnerů.
Z výzkumu vyplývá, že vícegenerační soužití v rodině je častěji vidět na venkově nežli ve městě. Bylo zjištěno, že všem dotazovaným společné soužití vyhovuje. Péči o seniory zajišťují převážně ženy, avšak v některých rodinách se zapojují do péče všichni členové domácnosti. Vztahy v rodinách, kde žije více generací jsou většinou dobré. Dále z výzkumu vyplynulo, že vícegenerační soužití má řadu výhod, ale je zapotřebí tolerance a respektu mezi členy domácnosti.
Tato práce může pomoci jiným rodinám při rozhodování, zda se o seniora budou starat v domácím prostředí nebo jestli využít nějakou ze sociálních služeb. Sekundárním přínosem této bakalářské práce bylo zvýšení dostupnosti informací o sociálních službách pro seniory. Práce by také mohla pomoci studentům sociálních oborů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor's thesis focuses on providing the care for the elderly in a multigenerational cohabitation in the family. The main objective of the thesis was to determine the opinion of the middle generation on the issue of providing care for the elderly within the framework of multigenerational cohabitation in the family. Two partial objectives have been set. The first partial objective consisted in mapping the possibilities of care for the elderly used by families. Another partial objective was to determine the ideas of the families concerning the provision of further care for the elderly. With regard to the thesis objectives, the main research question reads as follows: "How does the middle generation view the provision of care for the elderly within the framework of cohabitation in one household?"
The Bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the types of care and social services offered to seniors. The practical part focuses on research. This research was conducted using the qualitative methodology, namely the interviews method. The technique of semi-structured interviews was selected. The research involved eight communication partners.
The research indicates that multigenerational cohabitation in the family is more common in the countryside than in the city. It was found that cohabitation suits all the respondents. The care for the elderly is provided mainly by women, yet in some families all members of the household are involved. There are usually good relationships in families with several generations living in one household. Furthermore, the research has shown that multigenerational cohabitation has a number of advantages, yet tolerance and respect among household members is needed.
This thesis may help other families in deciding whether to take care of a senior family member at home or whether to use any of the social services provided. A secondary benefit of this Bachelor's thesis consisted in promoting in the availability of information on social services for the elderly. The thesis could also be beneficial to students of social sciences. | eng |
