| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku domácího násilí a zaměřit se na cílovou skupinu osob postižených domácím násilím. Následným cílem práce bylo zjistit možná řešení v rámci organizací pomáhajících obětem postižených domácím násilím. Dalším cílem je zveřejnění aktuální statistiky nárůstu či poklesu případů domácího násilí v České republice od doby platnosti institutu vykázání dle zákona č. 273/2008 Sb., o Policii České republiky. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část předkládá ucelený pohled na současný stav problematiky domácího násilí. V této části práce je definováno domácí násilí jako takové, podrobně jsou zde popsány jednotlivé znaky domácího násilí. Dále se zaměřuje na charakteristiku všech účastníků domácího násilí. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena na odbornou pomoc obětem domácího násilí. V praktické části práce je cílem zjistit problematiku domácího násilí se zaměřením na cílovou skupinu osob postižených domácím násilím. Dalším cílem je vymezit možná řešení v rámci organizací pomáhajících obětem postižených domácím násilím. V této části práce jsou zveřejněna data, týkající se celé České republiky. Tato bakalářská práce by mohla sloužit policistům, studentům, ale i široké veřejnosti k získání více odborných informací o problematice domácího násilí, uceleném postupu a řešení domácího násilí s Policií České republiky a jinými organizacemi, které pomáhají obětem domácího násilí. Práce může být využita jako vhodný zdroj informací nejen pro zaměstnance a klienty intervenčních center, ale i pro širokou veřejnost. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issue of domestic violence, with the focus on the people affected by domestic violence as a target group. The subsequent goal of this thesis is to identify possible solutions in organizations helping the victims of domestic violence. Another goal is to publish current statistics of the increase or decrease in cases of domestic violence in the Czech Republic since the validity of the institute of expulsion pursuant to Act No. 273/2008 Coll., On the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents a comprehensive view of the current state of domestic violence. In this part of the thesis, domestic violence is defined as such and the individual features of domestic violence are described in detail. It also focuses on the characteristics of all participants in domestic violence. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, attention is paid to professional assistance to victims of domestic violence. The aim of the practical part is to describe the issue of domestic violence with the focus on the target group. Another goal is to identify possible solutions in organizations helping the victims of domestic violence. In this part of the thesis, official statistics about domestic violence is presented. This bachelor thesis could serve not only to police officers, students, but also to the general public to obtain more expert knowledge about domestic violence and its comprehensive approach. Moreover, it offers solutions to domestic violence with the Police of the Czech Republic and other organizations that help victims of domestic violence. The thesis can be used as a suitable source of information not only for employees and clients of intervention centres, but also for the general public. | eng |
