| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zaobírá zkušenostmi bývalých uživatelů návykových látek s reintegrací do společnosti po jejich odchodu z terapeutické komunity či psychiatrické nemocnice. Cílem práce bylo zjistit uplatnění bývalých uživatelů návykových látek po odchodu z léčebny v osobním životě.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vytyčováním nejdůležitějších pojmů, které mají bakalářské práce. Zpočátku jsou popsány jednotlivé návykové látky, závislé na nich a možnosti léčby závislosti na návykových látkách. Další část je věnována reintegraci a jejím základním pojmům. Poslední část teoretické části se musí řídit následnou péčí.
Praktická část se věnuje vlastnímu výzkumu, který byl zvolen dvěma výzkumnými otázkami týkajícími se způsobu začlenění bývalých uživatelů návykových látek do společnosti a největších překážek se, kterými se během reintegrace setkávají. Pro získání výsledků bylo zvoleno kvalitativní šetření a metoda dotazování, konktrétně polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo jedenáct informátorů, kteří byli vybráni na základě samého shromažďování a metod sněhové koule. Získaná data byla následně zanalyzována pomocí metod zakotvené teorie.
Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynulo, že nejlepším prostředkem pro úspěšnou reintegraci je zaměření se na následnou péči a ideálně pobyt v doléčovacím centru. Mít zajištěné zaměstnání, kvalitní rodinné zázemí a finanční zabezpečení je nutné nejen pro snazší udržení abstinence.
Práce může být využita jako příručka pro různá zařízení pracující s osobami s návykovými látkami jako mohou být terapeutické komunity, psychiatrické nemocnice a doléčovací centra. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the experience of former substance users with reintegration into society after leaving a therapeutic community or psychiatric hospital. The aim of the thesis is to find out the application in the personal lives of former users of addictive substances after leaving a treatment centre.
The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the most important terms associated with the bachelor thesis. In the initial part, there are described individual addictive substances, substance abuse, and options of the treatment of substance addiction. The next part focuses on reintegration and its basic terms. The final part deals with aftercare.
The practical part concentrates on the survey for which were chosen two research questions dealing with the way of integration of former users of addictive substances into society and with one of the greatest obstacles that former substance users face during the reintegration. For getting the results was chosen a qualitative survey and the interview method, concretely a method of the semi-structured interview. The examined sample consisted of eleven informants who were chosen by the self-selection and the snowball sampling. Obtained data were subsequently analysed via the grounded theory method.
The results of the survey revealed that the best means for the successful reintegration is the focus on aftercare and, ideally, stay in the aftercare centre. Having secured employment, quality family background, and financial security is necessary for easier maintenance of abstinence.
The bachelor thesis may serve as a manual for various facilities working with users of addictive substances, such as therapeutic communities, psychiatric hospitals, and aftercare centres. | eng |
