| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním bydlením, jeho aktuálním stavem, limity, bariérami a možnostmi rozvoje tohoto sektoru. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit aktuální stav sociálního bydlení, zda je vyhovující a využíváno efektivně tam, kde je potřeba. Zároveň zjistit, zda má tato oblast limity a bariéry či nikoliv, případně poukázat na to kde, a navrhnout možnosti rozvoje tohoto sektoru.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 7 kapitol, které jsou dále členěny na podkapitoly. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy jako bydlení, sociální bydlení, jeho cíle a cílové skupiny, sociální dávky spojené s bydlením. Dále jsou v ní popsány vybrané projekty sociálního bydlení realizované v České republice a sociální bydlení ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie.
Praktická část je zpracována za použití kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, metodou
dotazování a technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Hlavním cílem rozhovorů bylo zjistit, jaká je dostupnost sociálního bydlení. Rozhovory proběhly se sedmi zástupci obcí s rozšířenou působností Jihočeského kraje. Otázky, které byly dotazovaným kladeny, byly voleny tak, aby pomocí nich byly vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky.
Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako zdroj informací o sociálním bydlení. Dále mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkumné šetření nebo pro vylepšení systému sociálního bydlení. Výzkumem byla zjištěna dostupnost sociálního bydlení na území Jihočeského kraje a její efektivní využívání. Mimo jiné byly zjištěny limity a bariéry, mezi které patří zejména absence zákona o sociálním bydlení, který by rozhodně byl rozvojem v této oblasti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with social housing, its current state, limits, barriers and possibilities of development of this sector. The bachelor thesis aims to determine the current state of social housing, whether it is adequate and used effectively where it is needed. At the same time to find out whether it has limitations and barriers in this sector or none, to highlight possible weak areas, and to suggest options in development of the sector.
The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into 7 chapters, which are further divided into subchapters. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts such as housing, social housing, its objectives and target groups, social benefits related to housing. It also describes selected social housing projects implemented in the Czech Republic and social housing in selected European Union countries.
The practical part is processed using a qualitative research strategy, the method of interviewing and semi-structured interview technique. The main aim of the interviews was to find out what is the availability of social housing. The interviews were conducted with seven representatives of municipalities with extended South Bohemia Region. The questions that were asked to the interviewees were chosen so that to evaluate the research questions.
The results of this thesis can serve as a source of information about social housing. They can also be used as a basis for further research or for improving the social housing system. The research identified the availability of social housing in the South Bohemia Region and its effective use. Among other things, the following findings were made limits and barriers, including in particular the absence of a law on social housing that would be a development in this area. | eng |
