| dc.description.abstract | Předtransfúzní vyšetření je souborem imunohematologických vyšetření před podáním
transfúzního přípravku pacientovi. Cílem tohoto vyšetření je zajistění bezpečné a účinné
podání transfúze příjemci. Komplex vyšetření před podáním krevního přípravku
povinně zahrnuje vyšetření krevní skupiny příjemce, screening antierytrocytárních
protilátek příjemce a test kompatibility transfúzního přípravku. Vyšetření se provádí
aglutinační metodou a při screeningu se v některých případech používá i enzym. | cze |

administration of a transfusion preparation to a patient. The purpose of this
examination is to ensure safe and effective transfusion to the recipient. The pre-
administration examination of the blood product must include an examination of the
recipient's blood type, screening of the recipient's anti-erythrocyte antibodies, and a
transfusion product compatibility test.
The test is performed by the agglutination method and in some cases the enzyme is used
