| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je význam přípravy pěstounů na přechodnou dobu. Bakalářská práce je obsahově rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá aktuálními formami systému náhradní rodinné péče, kdy se nejvíce zaměřuje na pěstounskou péči na dobu přechodnou. Dále pak na přípravu k výkonu pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, její strukturu a obsahové části. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak pěstouni na přechodnou dobu hodnotí proces jejich přípravy na přijetí dítěte do rodiny.
V souvislosti s cílem práce a teoretickými poznatky byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka: Jak hodnotí pěstouni na přechodnou dobu obsah přípravy zpětně s ohledem na praxi? Dále byly stanoveny následující dílčí výzkumné otázky: Jaká pozitiva pěstouni na přechodnou dobu shledali v procesu přípravy? Jaká negativa pěstouni na přechodnou dobu shledali v procesu přípravy? Jaká byla očekávání pěstounů plynoucí z přípravy?
Pro výzkum byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný vzorek vytvořilo šest komunikačních párů. Výsledky rozhovorů byly analyzovány metodou vytváření trsů.
Z výsledků rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, že komunikační partneři shledali proces jejich odborné přípravy za adekvátní, dostatečně odborný a pro praxi vyhovující i v kontextu jejich dalšího povinného každoročního vzdělávání.
Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako souhrnný materiál pro realizátory příprav, ale i pro budoucí žadatele o pěstounskou péči, neboť práce obsahuje praktické zkušenosti z problematiky každodenní pěstounské péče. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the importance of preparing short term foster parents. The body of this thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deals with the current forms of the alternative family care system, as it focuses mainly on short term foster care. Furthermore it focuses on the preparation for the realization of foster care, its structure and parts of its content. The aim of the thesis is to map how short term foster parents evaluate the process of their preparation for accepting a child into the family.
In connection to the aim of the thesis and theoretical knowledge, the main research question was determined: How do short term foster parents evaluate the content of the preparations in retrospect with regard to practice? Furthermore, the following partial research questions were set: What positive things did the short term foster parents find in the preparation process? What negatives did the short term foster parents find in the preparation process? What were the foster parents' expectations resulting from the preparation?
A qualitative research strategy, a method of questioning, and a semi-structured interview technique were chosen for the research. The research sample consisted of six communication pairs. The results of the interviews were analyzed by the method of creating clumps.
The results of the interviews revealed that the communication partners found the process of their professional preparation to be adequate, sufficiently professional and satisfactory for practice even in the context of their further compulsory annual education.
The results of the thesis can serve as a comprehensive material for implementers of the preparations, but also for future applicants for foster care, as the work contains practical experience in the field of daily foster care. | eng |
