| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá ohrožením pracoviště operačního a informačního střediska HZS Jihočeského kraje při vzniku vybraných mimořádných událostí, kterými jsou povodně a únik nebezpečných látek. Seznámení s druhy mimořádných událostí, s charakteristikou nebezpečných látek a s funkcí pracoviště operačního a informační střediska HZS Jihočeského kraje a místním popisem, vede k pochopení řešeného problému.
Zvolený problém jsem vyřešila pomocí výzkumu týkající se zabezpečení akceschopnosti operačního a informačního střediska HZS Jihočeského kraje. Výsledky stanovených hypotéz byly dosaženy provedeným výzkumem, na jehož základě byla H1vyvrácena a H2 potvrzena.
H1: Pro ochranu před povodní je důležitá nadmořská výška objektu a umístění operačního a informačního střediska HZS Jihočeského kraje v rámci tohoto objektu.
H2: Pro únik nebezpečné látky je dostačující systém klimatizace s uhlíkovými filtry.
Ověření operacionalizovaných hypotéz H1, H2 napomohlo splnění cíle práce, navrhnutí možnosti zabezpečení akceschopnosti operačního a informačního střediska HZS Jihočeského kraje při jeho ohrožení povodní nebo únikem nebezpečné látky.
Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že nejlepším opatřením pro zkoumané mimořádné události je vytvoření plnohodnotného záložního pracoviště
Za teoretické přínosy bakalářské práce lze uvést rozbor proběhlých a pravděpodobných mimořádných událostí ve vybrané oblasti, popis, funkce a úloha operačního a informačního střediska HZS ČR a klasifikace nebezpečných látek.
Praktickým přínosem bakalářské práce je navržené vhodné zabezpečení operačního a informačního střediska HZS Jihočeského kraje při ohrožení únikem vybraných nebezpečných látek a povodní.
Provedený výzkum by mohl mít další návaznosti při ohrožení jiných mimořádných událostí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is about situations of jeopardy of operational and information center of the Fire Brigade of the South Bohemia Region that can occur during the extraordinary events (incidents) such as floods and leak of dangerous gas. For better explanation there is small brief about characteristics of main type of dangerous gas and substance and characteristics of dispatching centre.
Chosen problem is solid by the research about ability to maintain readiness of the operational and information center of the Fire Brigade of the South Bohemian Region. Two main hypotheses were verified by the research. The first hypothesis was disproven and the second was proven correct.
H1: Altitude and location in the building is important in case of protection of the operational and information centre of the Fire Brigade of the South Bohemia Region.
H2: Air condition with carbon filters is sufficient in the case of leak of dangerous substances.
Verification of hypothesis made its part in fulfilling of goals in this thesis. The goal was to propose options for ability to maintain readiness of the operational and information center of the Fire-Brigade of the South Bohemia Region.
The conclusion of the research that has been made is simple - the best way is to form a backup workplace - proper equipped.
The benefit for theory is that some examples of extraordinary events - incidents - were explored and described. The functioning of the dispatching centre during those theoretical events was Explorer and described too.
The benefit for practice could be found in propositions for securing of dispatching centre from the threat of poisonous gas leak and from flooding.
The research that was made could be starting point that can trigger next research about other threats that can occur and jeopardize the dispatching centre workplace. | eng |
