dc.description.abstract	Klimatoterapie je ve světe i v České republice uznávaným prostředkem v komplexní rehabilitační péči pacientů s astma bronchiale. Její využití je vhodné jako doplňková terapie, která slouží ke zlepšení celkového zdravotního stavu. Tato diplomová práce poskytuje teoretický náhled na danou problematiku. Dále v této práci nalezneme graficky zpracované výsledky vstupních a výstupních vyšetření probandů, které nám pomohou objasnit efektivitu klimatologické rehabilitační léčby. V závěru práce jsou výsledky vyhodnoceny a diskutovány s dalším autory. Stanovené výzkumné otázky byly potvrzeny, jak výsledky vyšetření, tak pomocí odborných zdrojů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the world and in the Czech Republic, climatotherapy is a recognised tool in the complex rehabilitation care of patients with bronchial asthma. Its use is suitable as a complementary therapy that serves to improve overall health. This diploma thesis provides a theoretical insight into the subject. Furthermore, this thesis contains graphical results of the probands' entrance and exit examinations, which help to clarify the effectiveness of climatological rehabilitation treatment. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis, the results are evaluated and discussed with other authors. The established research questions have been confirmed, both by the results of the examinations and by using professional sources.	eng
