| dc.description.abstract | Téma bakalářské práce se věnuje potřebě bezpečí a jistoty u sester ve vedoucí pozici.
V této souvislosti nesou sestry ve vedoucí pozici zodpovědnost za kvalitu ošetřovatelské
péče, zajištění personálního a přístrojového zabezpečení. Pro vykonávání funkce musí
mít zajištěny potřeby bezpečí a jistoty.
Teoretická část definuje potřeby a zaměřuje se na střední linii manažerů v ošetřovatelství.
Byly stanoveny tři cíle: 1. Zjistit, jak vnímají v současné době potřeby bezpečí a jistoty
sestry pracující ve vedoucí pozici. 2. Identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují saturaci potřeb
bezpečí a jistoty u sester pracujících ve vedoucí pozici. 3. Poukázat na možnost zlepšení
saturace potřeb bezpečí a jistoty u sester pracujících ve vedoucí pozici. K naplnění cílů
byly získány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky kvalitativním designem, metodou
dotazování, technikou hloubkového rozhovoru. Výzkumným vzorkem byly vedoucí
pracovníci, vrchní sestry ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení v Jihočeském kraji.
Výzkumné šetření odhalilo potřebu bezpečí a jistoty u sester ve vedoucí pozici, rezervy
v oblasti komunikace, motivace, ohodnocení, zajištění kvalifikovaného personálu,
bezpečného pracovního prostředí a absenci manažerské supervize. Stejné nedostatkové
faktory ovlivňují saturaci těchto potřeb. Ke zlepšení saturace potřeb bezpečí a jistoty je
nutné zlepšit oboustrannou důvěru a podporu s vedením.
Výsledky výzkumného šetření bakalářské práce budou prezentovány na poradě vrchních
sester s následnou možností návrhu konkrétního semináře pro sestry pracující ve vedoucí

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of the bachelor thesis deals with the need for safety and security in nurses in
leadership positions. Nurses in leadership positions are responsible for the quality of
nursing care, ensuring staffing and equipment in this context. Security and safety needs
must be guaranteed to perform the function.
The theoretical part defines the needs and focuses on the middle line of nursing managers.
Three objectives have been set: 1. To find out how nurses working in leadership positions
perceive the safety and security needs in these days. 2. To identify factors which affect
the saturation of safety and security needs of nurses in leadership positions. 3. To point
out the possibility of improving the saturation of safety and security needs of nurses
working in a leading position. Answers to research questions were obtained by qualitative
design, questioning method, in-depth interview technique have been obtained for
fulfillment goals. The research sample was managers, head nurses in a selected medical
facility in the South Bohemian Region.
The research investigation revealed the need for safety and security of nurses in leadership
positions, gaps in the areas of communication, motivation, evaluation, cover of qualified
staff, safe working environment and the absence of managerial supervision. The same
deficiency factors affect the saturation of these needs. It's necessary to improve mutual
trust for the saturation of safety and security needs improvement. The results of the
research of the bachelor's thesis will be presented at the meeting of head nurses with the
subsequent possibility of designing a specific seminar for nurses working in a leading
