| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat management poskytování aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností v domově pro seniory a způsob jejich realizace v kontextu multidisciplinární péče". Následně byla stanovena jedna hlavní výzkumná otázka: "Jak probíhá management poskytování aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností v domově pro seniory?" a jedna dílčí: "Jakým způsobem jsou v domově pro seniory realizovány aktivizační a sociálně terapeutické činnosti v kontextu multidisciplinární péče? ".
Zodpovězení cíle, hlavní a vedlejší výzkumné otázky bylo dosaženo pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, kdy pro sběr dat byla zvolena metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Polostrukturované rozhovory byly provedeny v rámci členů multidisciplinárního týmu (sociální pracovníci, pracovníci v sociálních službách, aktivizační pracovníci, fyzioterapeuti, staniční sestry) zajištující aktivizační a sociálně terapeutické činností ve vybraném domově pro seniory. K vyhodnocení získaných dat bylo využito otevřené kódování, kdy prostřednictvím získaných kódů vnikly kategorie.
Diplomová práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na problematiku managmentu poskytování aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností ve vybraném domově pro seniory v České republice. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že vybrané zařízení nemá přesně koncipován managment aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností. V rámci vedoucího postavení zde na vzdory sociální službě převažuje sektor zdravotní, který se ujímá managmentu. Managment aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností je spíše neorganizovaný a propojení v kontextu multidisciplinární péče není přímo zajištěno.
Výsledky diplomové práce budou nabídnuty domovu pro seniory ve, kterém výzkum probíhal a ve kterém je možné prostřednictvím získaných výsledků provést transformaci stávajících aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností se zapojením managmentu. Následně mohou získané výsledky složit jako možná opora při zavádění managmentu aktivizačních a sociálně terapeutických činností pro jiná zařízení poskytující domov pro seniory. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis aimed at "Description of the management of the provision of activation and social therapeutic activities in a home for the elderly and the method of their implementation in the context of multidisciplinary care". Subsequently, one main research question was identified: "How is the management of the provision of activation and socio-therapeutic activities in the home for the elderly?" " and one partial: "How are activation and social therapeutic activities implemented in the home for the elderly in the context of multidisciplinary care? ".
The answer to the goal, the main and secondary research questions was achieved by means of a qualitative research strategy, where the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview were chosen for data collection. The semi-structured interviews were conducted within the members of a multidisciplinary team (social workers, worker in social services, activation workers, physiotherapists, station nurses) providing activation and social therapeutic activities in a selected home for the elderly. Open coding was used to evaluate the obtained data, when categories were obtained through the obtained codes.
The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the issue of managing the provision of activation and social therapeutic activities in a selected home for the elderly in the Czech Republic. The research shows that the selected facility does not have a precisely designed management of activation and social therapeutic activities. In spite of the leading position, the health sector, which takes over the management, predominates here, despite the social service. The management of activation and socio-therapeutic activities is rather unorganized and the connection in the context of multidisciplinary care is not directly ensured.
The results of the diploma thesis will be offered to the home for the elderly, in which the research took place and in which it is possible to transform the existing activation and social therapeutic activities with the involvement of management through the obtained results. Subsequently, the obtained results can serve as a possible support in the implementation of the management of activation and socio-therapeutic activities for other facilities providing a home for the elderly. | eng |
