| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat zavedení digitalizace ve vybraném závodě a její výhody. První část práce se věnuje historii průmyslu, aktuální čtvrté průmyslové revoluci s důrazem na automobilový průmysl na území České republiky a vybraným trendům digitalizace. Druhá polovina práce se spíše soustředí na konkrétní digitalizaci výrobní tabule, analýzu před a po zavedení, fáze implementace a také výhody a překážky zavedení. Analýzy vychází z vlastní zkušenosti pracovníka vybrané společnosti. Výstupem analýzy je bod zvratu vybrané investice a časová osa zavedení ve vybraném závodě. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis aims to analyse the introduction of digitisation in the selected plant and its ad-vantages. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the history of industry, the current fourth industrial revolution with an emphasis on the automotive industry in the Czech Republic and shows selected trends of digitization. The second half of the thesis focuses on the specific digitization of the production board, the analysis before and after the im-plementation, the implementation phases, as well as the advantages and obstacles of the implementation. The analysis is based on the employee's own experience of the chosen company. The output of the analysis is the tipping point of the selected investment and the timeline of the introduction in the selected plant. | eng |
