| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývala motivací a odměňováním pracovníků ve vybraném podniku. V první části byla tato problematika vysvětlena a detailněji popsána teoreticky. Další část byla realizována v praxi. Pro realizaci jsem si vybral podnik Tecnocap s. r. o. Cíl práce byl zjistit současný stav motivace a odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti a na základě zjištěných dat navrhnout zlepšení, které společnosti pomůže v budoucnu s touto problematikou. Výzkum byl realizován jak kvantitativní, tak kvalitativní. Nejdříve byly zaměstnanci vyplňovány dotazníky týkající se tohoto téma. Následně byl realizován rozhovor s personálním ředitelem podniku. Poté byla veškerá získaná data vyhodnocena a došlo se k zajímavým výsledkům. Můj návrh řešení je následující. V první řadě by společnost měla začít vyplácet příspěvek na dopravné do práce, dále by měla realizovat společenské akce pro své zaměstnance, velmi důležité je také další vzdělávání pracovníků a nábor mladší generace pracovníků. | cze |
